Very unprofessional company. I Scheduled service for a pick up yet the assigned driver for my pick up and delivery seemed as though he was sent from hell. The driver text me and stated he was running late, ok i was disappointed yet understood. 1 hr after my scheduled delivery still no driver, 2 hrs after my scheduled delivery the driver never called or showed up for the move. I attempted to contact customer service and i was directed to a voice mail. I left 3 voice mails in the hour no response.
I signed up sent all the pictures to work. I emailed them what's going on very unprofessional never got to work. Felt like it's a scam I sent them pictures of my driver's license of my truck of my insurance. At least they could have done is sent me a reason for something
Garbage. The app wants my location, without me being signed up, seeing any loads to accept, ANYTHING.... so stupid.
Won't log me in. And is there any way to sign up to be able to use my truck and trailer to transport for others

Horrible App & Awful Unprofessional Company. Simply said, owners are felons & totally fraudulent. Our move had been confirmed & this was validated by the owner, Paul Welch. Movers never showed up!!! App alone is garbage. What's worse? The business itself is unethical & unlawful. Look at their negative Google reviews, too. You will see a pattern. My guess is that most their positive reviews are fake. Regardless, AVOID this App and Biz at all costs. We got totally screwed by them.

since this isn't a Nationwide app, i won't be too critical. This is a great concept and the first time i ised it was successful. one concern was every time i bring the app up, its asking if i want a pickup from my location, no matter what screen it is. another is that every line i enter text, i have to close the keyboard to choose the next line. other than that, payment should be automatic like Uber, if i didn't know i needed cash, it would suck for the driver.
