Truck GPS Route Navigation

This is THE navigation system. I've used it for yrs. I LOVE being able to tap and hold anywhere, then route via to the point in order to change a series of turns to my liking. Or routing to a direct point with no address, like on construction sites etc. It's the best system I've ever used,seriously.

Ok I'm sure tons of people are like man does this app really work or is it really worth the money. Answer is yes be smart get the 3 years more for your money. I've used these for going on 2 years now. I've driving to the majority of the states on the east coast. Including NYC downtown Brooklyn anywhere on long island you can think of. One time it messed up and got lost on where it was going. Other than that never once put me on a road I wasn't supposed to be on. Or to low bridge... well worth it.

This app is okay but their are a few issues with it. One this app seems to like to take me extra miles out the way for some reason even tho the shorter route isnt restricted. two whenever i lock my phone the oneplus 7 pro the app stops working completely like it wont run in background and provide turn by turn like google maps will with my screen locked or with music playing. I see that yall have a version 2 of this app ill give that one a try for one more month and then ill give a updated review

This is a good GPS, BUT keep in mind it's a tool to use to navigate where you want to go, research your route before leaving, please bring back showing of all the different route options ,I noticed there is no posted speed showing on the app anymore , was that one of the change when I last updated?

I think a cool feature would be if they could have the software work together with the trucker path open and closed weigh station updates. It could announce "open weigh station detected" as you're approaching a scale house. I used this app for my first year OTR. The rerouting on the fly as I missed my turns saved me many times! Well worth the money.

They are the best. I lost my Gmail and they help me find it. I've been with them for three years with their app. I've been driving for 7 years and this is one of the best truck GPS you can ever get! I also like you use a Google Maps to see close to the customer on which way you to get in before you get there and you could change your route to a different entrance so when you get there you know you're going the right way. You also could change from prefer highways quick ways or shortest ways to

Definitely the best option, as far as I can see. I drive the 48 and this app shows me where all the truck stops are as well as all other truck parking. Also shows D.O.T weigh stations on routes. I've been using this app for at least 5 or 6 years and it's worth every penny.

it hasn't let me down yet, but with that say, always keep your alerts guard up and do all your planning ahead. once in a great while it can't find the adresss. easy to use, lock all my favorites drop & p/u & truck stops so I know exactly how many hours or miles needed to my next STOP!

Since I got the app in 2013, there's no other navigation better. $130 every 3 years with no paid subscription & a continuous software update versus replacing a navigation device & paid subscription is almost 10x more economical. Kudos. The best navigation ever.

Pixel 3 XL, keeps crashing after i load a route and try to share route details to my email. tech support was very quick to respond and work with me on the issue i was having. They got me updated to Smart Trucker II app, provided instructions to transfer my current account to the new app. very satisfied with Smart Trucker app and service. hopefully i enjoy Smart Trucker II the same as version 1.

This GPS is ok when it does what it's supposed to. But when it messes up it will really put you in a very bad predicament. It'll try to take you thru housing developments. It'll take you thru 20 small towns rather than the highway. Today I decided I'm going to try another app.

slow to reroute when a turn or destination is passed or missed. routes have you going off road to get to certain destinations. excessive announcments even after changing it under settings. and gps does not tell you if your destination is on the left or right side of the road your traveling as you approach your destination. And overall a scam cause you have 48 hours for a chance to get your money back on a refund. they want you to buy this app, hoping you dont notice flaws before the 48 hours.

Rely on this app daily as a long haul driver, but getting VERY tired of having to learn how to use ANOTHER version of a gps app, that was working fine. Paid annual subscription fee, want to have same app for whole year, w/o having to install some new version!!!

This will be year two that I am signing up for this app. I love it. My only concerns have been issues with my phone and the app trying to reroute me through a residential neighborhood, which was my fault for missing/taking a wrong exit. Love the replies to people who say they hate it

This app Will generally get you there. It has tryed to take me through low bridges, weighted roads, mountain switchbacks, etc. This has happened several times. Its expensive as well. I will not renew my subscription.

This app is outstanding. I haven't used truckers path before but this app by far is just like Rand McNally map. Granite for something you have to pay for you absolutely expect it to be top shelf. This app has earned its money in my book. Thank you. By the way as always we still must proceed with caution when it comes to the bridges we still know that looks definitely are deceiving........Top Cat

very good truck app. I'm a local city driver in chicago. I love the fact I can change my trailer size. the app will actually change your route depending on your height and langth for the better. very helpful to avoid the toll roads also

Best all-around big truck navigation system available. Far less expensive than ANY other system (that is actually meant FOR LARGE CMVs) that I've used or looked at...and ACCURATE, DEAD-ON, RELIABLE.... END TRANSMISSION.

I find that quite often I have to redirect the GPSit is constantly taking me the long way around and classifying it as the shortest and direct route which is incorrect. They need to update the data for trucksmart GPS.

I love this app! It is quick and easy to use. I have this app on avsmall tablet. I just talk to my app, Loves Travel Stop Toomsuba, MS. It shows me the route. I let a friend talk me into a truckers Garmin. It is much slower, I cant talk to it! I highly recommend this app! I am curious about STR2? Good Job STR!

Good app. shows weigh stations and all...i was suprised at how quickly the app creators responded to my request for help in using the app. I was able to have a phone conversation with a live person...GOOD JOB!
