Trucker Logbook - KeepTruckin

How about some new features: Because the home screen with the clocks doesn't change much, it has burned an image into my display on several devices over the years I have used it. Please find a way that either the screen can have a floating type of screen saver, or turn off, only turning on at the top of each hour for 5 minutes, when motion stops, or within an hour of an upcoming violation. Local time display and time zone change alerts would be helpful as well.

After you did last update the app is working extremely slow, specifically when you change duty status and after you change. It takes a lot of time to do change and also the app is slowing down the system on tablet...it is very frustrating and slow....a lot of bugs with this update. It was very fast before when you had icons for duty status. Even side of options for duty status is moved to the left which is inconvenient.

Too many screens, it likes to send unfinished logs in, and if you have a logbook Natzi that constantly tries locating you and the keeptrucking app pings you 30 times in a few minutes and next thing you know you device is locked up and not working till you do a hard restart and lose everything... In response to your response I am forced to use this app. If it would be all on one screen that would make it way more user friendly and be able to run it on a computer would be awesome

Absolutely trash no option to upload photos of digital receipts and no option to change off or on duty to drive mode when app messes up and doesn't log drive time. The no option to upload pics is by far the worse thing!!!!!

The app won't show when I'm stopped...therefore I can't change my duty status. But what?I really don't like is how it controls my phone by turning ON my Bluetooth after I turn it off. I'm sure this is a violation of FCC ... Update: it still sux...it turns itself on duty even when I'm in Sleeper Berth. P.O.S. and the folks that work there can't even speak English 🙄. Have had ongoing open cases with absolutely ZERO resolves.

Well done! Finally an app with depth. Navigating through the app is simple and laid out perfectly. A driver can quickly open the app, input or access the information needed and get back to making money. I have tried to use other log apps. They never made sense, to many missing parts and will never feel right. Kinda like sitting in one of those automatics.

This app works great. Just wish it had other specific capabilities. This includes being able to upload .jpeg or pdf files for the "Document" section, instead of just taking a picture. Also, under the "Document" section, create a "Supporting Document" option. Im currently using "Other" and have to type that it is a supporting document. And show the date that matches the document, not the date i took a picture of the document.

Two problems still exist with this app. 1: you can't upload documents in your phone already. App forces you to take camera and take picture. I don't want a picture. The document is already in the phone 2: Ifta miles is not rounded off the nearest digit

It changes you out of PC on its own and screws you whole damn reset up so it shows violation, use another ELD if you have the choice. I would like to update my org. review. Shortly after posting they contacted me and promptly resolved the issue. Can say far as I can see any issue they will take care of. Until the next time... 4/20/22 If you can find a better ELD let me know, I'm done here, original issue NOT fixed.

You didn't "upgrade" your app... you messed it up... it was much more smooth and easier as keeptruckin ... now it's laggy full of glitches... and way to many steps to start the day... this is ridiculous

They start giving your information to the brokers without your permission. If you disconnect for your Bluetooth or some how shut off you phone without moving it gives you RED, & says you lost a data last 24 hrs more then 30 min which is very bad when it comes DOT

I just wanna know why is it that while driving faster than the posted speed limit, the time still runs out faster... I was at par with the timer and my GPS.. both at exactly one our to go. My GPS said I'd make it to my destination in one hour at 60MPH. I was at 70MPH and yet for some F****** reason I had to park and my GPS had around 10-13MIN to spare... HOOOWWW!!! I have a SAMSUNG and I know it's not just me, cause my boy has an APPLE product and does the same. Kinda ridiculous and not fair!!!!

Use to work just fine. Now its terrible, complete trash. Customer service is horrible. When they finally answer the phone they are no help. I have the newest iPad just for the eld book. Everything is updated but some how the eld disconnects and I have to reconnect it while driving. The Eld book doesnt read my drive time at all. Stay away from keeptruckin. It's always the drivers equipment fault. Never there five dollar black box.

This app used to be top notch five stars, but has started to get more and more bugs over the last 2 years and is less easy to use than it used to be. This morning it suddenly won't let me edit an inspection so I can add mileage to it. It used to automatically write your latest milage to the inspection but doesn't anymore. All this said it's still a good app. I hope it doesn't get any worse though. I'd like to keep using it.

Keep trucking is a great app..live it. Definitely way more convenient than keeping paper logs. Only thing is you have to make sure you remember to change your status. Otherwise, you will end up documenting yourself driving for however many days until u open the app again. It would be great if there was some way they could change it for you with so much time of inactivity in the app. Obviously I didn't just drive for 147 hrs and 46 minutes 😆

My Update..3/24/22. This is NOT a legal app. DOT scale house gave a driver a ticket for not having legal proper logs. You best check with your local DOT. ( I have been using this app for 1 1/2 weeks so far. But...now I have to use another form of a log book. ) Just stating a true event that has happened. Good Luck drivers !

Not too bad, mostly user friendly. While in driving mode if it could show how long you had been driving for, that'd be nice.

This app is HORRIBLE. so annoying. For a year now I sign my logs and then try to fill out the current days log and it shows that I need to sign my log AGAIN so I sign it.. then it happens EVERY TIME I open my log to do something. I could sign the same log 10 times a day. So Frustrating

Been using the app for a few years now, love it. But why don't my kms transfer over to the next day anymore and same with pre trip and post trips, have to enter it manually now and been like that for months?

I recently changed carriers, both companies use motive for e-logs. Problem is, Motive is denying access to my previous 7 days, while pushing to sign false logs.
