Updating my review because the main problems I had have been fixed they could make it a little easier for company drivers to login when they first try to they should make it so that they can choose the company that they wish to login to and then use their login instead of making the mistake like most drivers do of accidentally making their own account The new update makes it so that every time you try to log in it tells you there's an update and takes you right back to the market
This is definitely one of the better apps that actually works. The developer gets back to you right away if there's a problem I give this at 5 stars!!!
Doesn't work!! Been down for days on my Android phone but works on co workers Apple phones. No one is fixing problems.
Great app! Regular updates for new features shows they are always improving. Their support staff is ready to help with anything best of all when you call you get a real person everytime! If your a leased operator, owner operator or even a large fleet, this is the app for you. It does dispatching, invoicing, and reporting on go. Now we are never more then a few clicks away from knowing our bottom line or invoicing our customers or getting our driver on the road.

Bad Customer Service and Product goes down often. I always try not to leave a negative review after a few bad interactions but this has been more than a few. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Very rude, nonchalant and don't care about your business with them. Christy was the last person I spoke with today and honestly if their customer service was better, it wouldn't be as bad that their product goes down often, rendering it impossible to get crucial work done.
leased to 100% O/O Co. my experience with trucklogics has being very good! I use it daily on all my devices, syncing the information is very easy and quick. I tried just about all the trucking software that is developed for O/O, teams, and Co. Drivers, hands down for the price, the easy use, the real time data, connectivity, and the customer service! trucklogics I find its the best for driver that want real time data on loads, expenses, taxes, and overall health of your business.
As a independent/carrier, I am completely satisfied with this app thus far. While there are times when I've had a few issues, they were immediately addressed by Sebastián and fixed. Also, understanding that this company is constantly improving, you have to have some patience. Those of you that are new to this side of trucking, this app makes IFTA a breeze, walk in the park.
Don't waste your time or money. I've been trying to get setup and loged into this software for 2 weeks now. I'm receiving error messages stating there is a security alert and that this software is stealing information from computers and customer support is non responsive and can't seem to figure it out. I wouldn't trust a program that is risking your information.
Absolutely loved it! Your app is a big time-saver when it comes to adding a dispatch. I was quickly able to enter the dispatch details and assign it for a driver! Looking forward to more from the team!
Not starting up on Android phones.
the app failed multiple times, lost most of my information I put in, and when I tried to retrieve it for taxes, customer service advised me that I would have to pay again just for my information I had already paid for. Run from this app unless you just feel like giving money away. SCAMMERS!!!!
It takes forever to do anything. The app will freeze after every function and before you can go to the next you have to save close completely and log back in. Not user friendly.
Found the perfect app for my Trucking business! The app is perfect and is always up to date. I especially loved the E-sign BOL feature offered that allowed the drivers to sign the BOL documents contactless! So thoughtful initiative for this pandemic situation.

Updated and now can't log in!!! Restarted my phone and still nothing. Need a fix for the bug fixes update! UPDATE: Thanks for the quick fix! It's up and running again. 👍
It's Awesome! Thanks a ton for the Quick dispatch feature! Now I'm able to quickly create and manage all my dispatches on the go with the mobile app.
Everything seem to be working fine until yesterday. I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, and I still can't access my account. Seems like there are always bugs with this service.

Garbage if you try adding any document it will freeze. It will.keep saying processing or loading you need to kill.the process then start over and over it will never upload any document its joke
I installed the new update and now the app won't open at all. It just keeps telling me to update and closing the app.
Quick and accurate filing process for Form 2290. No issues faced till now. Absolutely loved the process and would recommend to fellow truckers.
Can no longer add fuel expense, but able to add anything else. Closes out when I try to add fuel expense.
This app is very easy to navigate. When I had a question the customer service department was a huge help. I will recommend this app.

App is way to buggy! Numbers change in trip tabs, after I delete the whole trip to redo it it says my trip numbers are still already used. Income charts don't add up correctly, seems like when you delete a settlement it disappears on the screen but it doesn't delete the date previously entered.
