Terrible app. Had it for 2 years and I've been getting an error message every time I open the app for over the past 6 months. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app. HUGE MISTAKE! Now I can't log in. I have the password saved on my phone but it keeps saying it's wrong. So I type it in by hand. Doesn't work. I've tried several times and several different passwords. None work. So I try to rest the password. It sends an email to reset it, but no matter what password I type, it gives error

Works mostly for me. Just had the first time issue of it not having the correct ta I'm closest to for reservations. Used points for a shower and then realized it had a ta 48 miles from the ta I'm parked at. No option to cancel reservations or change them. Basically shower is ready but waiting for it to just dissappear so I can reserve one at the correct ta

I have tried to get/use this app many times. Every time I get frustrated at all the BS I have to enter and share. I have registered multiple times, but there's always one more thing I have do to get in. I have had an UltraOne account so long my card is worn out. But, when I try to attach it to your stupid app, I get stymied. It constantly says invalid information, information doesn't match,... When I attempt to update information, it says contact support. But, there are no links to support. BS!

The new method of authenticating accounts appears to be causing the crashes that users are experiencing. The app's data needs to be deleted. Once this is done, the app will load and run you through the setup of an account. Uninstalling and then reinstalling the app may also work. Update: You responded after almost 3 years. My post was to help those who were having problems with the then new registration requirements. Fix your current login/password problems instead of replying to old posts.

I did not have a lot of faith in this but it actually works really great. no more lines for a shower, redeem points, reserve parking quickly and easily from anywhere! It's absolutely fantastic. one thing it does not do I wish it would is give an amenities option. It would be cool to be able to click on a TA in the app and see if the restaurant still exists, or if they have a clinic or chiropractor. other than that, great app!

Honestly, there is no reason to use the pump smart feature. It rarely works, and it does not include all the prompts that's on the pump. So if you though you was going to save yourself from the frigid cold, think again. You will have to enter a code, and still select things like other services and what fuel you're pumping. All of this should be in the app. You should be able to simply select the pump you want to start, go through the process and simple pump n go.

Smart pump no longer works after last update. It bounces from retrieving EFS card to odometer entry and back several times before either timing out or saying fatal error. Stopping, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling has no effect. It is unusable.

Pump smart fails 2/3 of the time. So often it will tell me that the server times out of something along those lines. I love reserving parking, showers and saving my points with the app, but pump smart needs to be upgraded to work more often.

Nothing but issues trying to use this app. PumpSmart times out most times I try to use it. When I try to enter a credit card to pay for parking or showers, it won't work at all after I've entered my info. Very frustrating, to say the least.

Pump smart doesn't work most of the time it used to work great when it came out now its just a waste of time. Don't know if you're making new updates to fix bugs or cause more new issues? How hard is it get this pump smart thing get fixed even lot of other people are complaining same issues? Another thing is when this app finally creates a code for fuel your pumps key pads Don't work for specific keys! What a waste of valuable time of drivers and you guys still can't figure out your app bugs!!!

NOTE: do NOT reply "please contact customer service, Joel!" Because of course I already did. Guys, a travel app problem is keyed to a moment in time. I need customer service in real time, not hours after your app failed to verify my account creation credentials (details in my unanswered email to customer support). This app wasted an hour of my time. So: Uninstalled. Many other reviews say the same thing. There is a lesson here, guys. Please contact customer service to find out what it is.

This app works one forth of the time. I constantly get buffering for long periods of time until the app times out and I retry and waste more time than if I would of just used my card in the machine at the pump. Yall need to improve this app considerably.

Even though I buy 60 gallons or more of fuel, it doesn't give me the right to shower.. and it is very difficult to accumulate points because even there it is unfair.. I will gladly continue to refuel from the pilot stations... 4 times more points in the pilot.. also the TA and petro stations are very old worn and dirty... they probably want to wait another 300 years for maintenance...

App crashes constantly. Incorrect protocols. Incorrect geo-fencing. Smart never works and if and when once a month it never adds your points. -5 stars

Love the newer pay with points at the register. The reserve parking and shower section works great. still can't use the pump start but other than that it's a great app for drivers.

Ur app is always messed up .. for the past year! Uninstalled and reinstalled so many times! Won't accept my password or email .. won't allow any new password .. won't let me register as a new person ... what good is it?? You might as well just delete it from existence!! Junk!! ZERO STARS!!

Every time I want to redeem an ultra credit for a shower through the app it wants me to use a credit card instead, even if I have several ultra credits to use. PFJ and Love's have far superior apps that allow for fueling, but TA/ Petro can barely manage to get what little service they do offer in the app correct. Update The app barely works. You need to say a prayer before using it to help out. The landing page gets stuck and pumpsmart works maybe 30% of the time. Great job guys

This is one of the worst apps I've ever used, period. It's slow, nothing on it works right or in a way that makes sense. Go take a good hard look at the Pilot/Flying J and Love's apps and try again!

Super easy to use. I like that I don't have to keep entering my card every time I need to reserve a parking spot, or pay for a shower. Quick and easy, perfect for someone who doesn't have a lot of time to mess around. Thank you!

app is slow when trying to fuel ⛽️ turns out 5 times faster punching the info on the key pad and other times wish I can punch code and start pumping still have to confirm info at the pump key pad. Love's & Pilot, Flying J are much more efficient.

When it works it's great. Seems about 2/3s of the time the pump start doesn't work. Go through and clear cache and nothing continues to time out. Is this and app issue or site issue?

"Endpoint request timeout" should be the name of this app. Completely useless for fueling in 90% of the cases so far. It's only really useful for checking your balance and getting a shower. Absolutely dissapointed in Petro/TA, will most likely take my platinum status to the competitor...
