Truckstop Mobile

We've been a member since 2012. The web page was changed because the developers need to keep their jobs, they ruined the web version. The app is the only version I could use on my phone after that, now the app has been changed and its unusable. The app constantly crashes and its constantly being updated without an actual solution. I'm losing business because of their inability to fix it or leave it the way it was originally. I don't care if the app looks old as long as it works.

Truckstop was a great app - until the last update. Now it is completely unusable. It says error when it opens, when you hit ok and enter your search parameters it somits them and says anywhere to anywhere and never loads, then says error again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, still the same issues. We are going to discontinue our subscription.

Has been unusable for 3 days! Had to pay $125 for another load board just to get out of an area bc this one hasn't been working. It kept crashing as soon as I opened the app. So I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now it popping up with all kinds of equipment selected, showing loads they don't exist etc. Useless! If it keeps up, I won't be renewing with them. When you pay $150 a month, you expect it to work!

Since the update, this app has turned to straight dog shid. It deserves negative 200 stars. It worked fine before. I have to either keep the app open all the time or re-do my search everytime I open the app. If I click on an older search, everything is out of whack (date, trailer type) The app won't even show me search results half the time and I keep having to re-try. Customer service is absolutely horrible and could care less and of course is from India. Time to switch to DAT.

Used to be a great app. Since upgrade crashes all the time and functionality has be removed. I serious can't understand why they would remove favorites option. Also no way to delete searches, how hard is that to do? You create a search and filter on a specific trailer type. Come back later and the search no includes ALL trailer types. REALLY??!?

I think ITS is on its way out. It used to be the best load board until they got greedy and started to separate loads to make more money. While they have always had bugs and crashes, they have recently been less interested in fixing their issues quickly. Time to start looking at other boards.

The app has to be completely restarted after you back out of it. if you close it down, and look at other items on your tablet or phone, you need to shut the app down and restart it. Secondly, you deadhead miles are way off. Did a search and found a load; it said the load was 500 miles. Did a Google search and found it to bee 600 miles off. This issues happens on every load. We as drivers shouldn't have to double check your mileage, especially when we lay a monthly fee for this to be done!

The app is still weak and needs improvement. We need the ability to turn on notifications when loads are added for specific searches, we need to be able to favorite/bookmark loads we like, we need to see the rate per mile in the search results, and we need the ability to filter by length. Great load board, weak app. Lots of room for improvement.

Fix the app!!!! Half the time app doesn't work. constant freezing, have to delete and reinstall the app constantly. The times when it does work, it doesn't have filters for the loads and brokers constantly post multiple duplicates of the same load, even with bad ratings just to spam that one load. They are not required to fill out all the info like length, and rate. Just the weight and that's it.

Update: This app needs a lot of work. You can't filter lengths. You have brokers, whom have terrible credit ratings, that continue to post the same awful cheap loads multiple times throughout the day. Obviously, Truckstop has no vetting system to filter out the terrible broker practices. But this is only if you can even get the app to work. The app constantly freezes throughout the day. I have to force stop or uninstall the app at least 6 times a day. Truckstop, you need to fix this app!

It crashes alot and it gets hung up when trying to go back to main screen... Also needs to be able to have different weight values when having multiple searches... each search area should be able to have itd own weight setting... And on the search view for loads it would help to see if its partial or TL instead of having to open each one to see. In addition to that be nice to swipe away the loads you don't want to view anymore as well....

All of a sudden unusable. Keeps crashing. Not saving any of my searches. Not saving any of my preferences Update: Customer service sent me an email saying they fixed the problem. And they called and left me a voicemail saying that everything was fixed... NOPE!! STILL THE SAME PROBLEMS.

New update made it worse. Constant error messages. Still no max length filter. They added a "book it now" button, but no brokers use it so that's pointless. How about adding features we could actually use? DAT has an "along my route" search feature, which would be nice to see on here. But apparently, the app isn't a priority

What the hell did you guys do to the App ? It was working great and keeping me on the road. Then some update got pushed out and the app is Essentially worthless now. Won't load, error messages, had to pay for DAT and start using it which is a shame because I liked truckstop much more prior to this. I would really like to see it go back where it was or I am going to have to cancel. I think everyone who pays for the service should be refunded from the time of the update on.

Please put a filter for length. When I am putting flatbed partials together I need to be able to search a max length and weight. They allow a weight filter but not length. Hate searching through 300+ loads to find what I need. Also need to save a post as interested like DAT to easily reference back to instead of going through the entire list again. Also, quit changing my dates. I re-run a search, think there is a new load and then figure out it's for a date I won't even be in the area.

Was an awesome app. but someone decided to fix what wasn't broken now constant struggle. It freezes constantly, search by age is inconsistent, search by deadhead miles is also all over the place and can't keep the search for only the days I choose.

Its the same freight that DAT has but with a less user friendly set up. It has a horrible set up and they make it very difficult to cancel. They gave me directions that did not work then charged for another month and refuse to refund it after I requested to cancel and have not used their services in months.

After recent update, there are several problems. Can't delete recent searches, can't make search a favorite. Error/Dismiss errors, constantly crashing. Please address these issues ASAP. I spend good money for this app, and it's now costing me money with non-stop issues.

This mobile app has been horrible lately. It marks all type of equipment on its own, changes dates that you enter, and all your saved searches edit themselves. Very frustrating with so many errors and sometimes cant even use the app.

Better before update. Bring back favorites and the ability to delete search history and add a feature to be able to add your own mpg to have a more accurate experience instead of it defaulting. I pay alot for lack of features.

Useless, the most expensive load board out there and the mobile app is buggy as hell. Every time you want to do a new surf to got to uninstall and reinstall and then go in and reset your preferences. And when you resume an old search it changes the dates that was on the original search

Horrible app now. It was great at first but trash now. If you call truckstop. They don't half answer or tell you to Uninstaller the app and then reinstall it. That doesn't work. This will be my last month paying for this app. I'm going to just find another app to pay for. I've loss thousands of dollars due to this app being messed up. It's been messed up for months now.

I was mislead on their product by the sales team regarding options that their mobile app offered for $75/month. Upon the first day trying to use their mobile app it got stuck in a searching mode 3 times. When I contacted the customer support to tell them I wasn't happy with their service and wanted a refund, I was told their policy dictated that they would not be able to issue a refund even though there were technical issues with the service. Buyer beware of their product.

Not only does the app not work properly, but they decided to increase my package and charge my card without warning. This made me cancel all plans and ask for a refund, that took them a month, and they only gave a partial. Also the brokers on their board are typically hit with freight guard strikes. Overall I wouldn't bother, especially since they don't even offer a trial month.

The app always crashes either your using laptop or cellphone. It is unproductive for someone using the app to get a load in a critical time. Not getting the money worth paid for this app. You can't even delete previous searches on phone. ADMIN, IT, TECH SUPPORT and who ever is running the company. Please attend to this matter. It's been going on for awhile now. PEACE!
