Very pathetic service they provide. I took loan from them and cleared it in Feb only. But still it is showing active in my cibil report. Apart from multiple mails, calls and requests they are still not closing the loan. I don't know what they are gaining from it however it is affecting my cibil report. I hope they will resolve my issue soon. I would recommend all not to use this app instead go for some genuine app who provide good and instant service instead of eating your cibil score.
Loan Processing is good. But High rate of and interest and processing fee. I took loan of 23000 and it disbursement is very quick. But I saw the rate of interest and processing fee charged is almost 10000. Take loan from true balance only if highly necessary. Otherwise is not reasonable to take.
This is very much wrost and spoiler app, the rate of interest is too much high. I suggest all members who need to get instant loan, don't use the way of True balance but you may use another apps like Instamoney or money view instead of True balance.
not giving loan, just collecting user data. And arguing here what's true or not. You already can check users details via credit history but no. Just advertise, prompt user to create account and not give a loan. Many apps don't even have genuine reasons to reject the loan application.
I had an emergency today for which I was falling short of funds. True balance was quick in disbursement, the who process took less than 5 minute, and for the amount I applied, the interest rate and processing fee was fair, unlike some other apps that charge exorbitant fees and intrest on small amounts.
I have never missed any payment to you. I took 6 times loan and cleared very much early too, but you people stopped me taking the loan. Asking me to apply after 1 month. Inspite of high interest rates, I applied as it was an emergency situation. You deserve 1 star for disappointing honest customers like us. Good bye.
they will be so polite and asks us to share the problem and act like they were actually going to solve the problem.....but don't trust this app a total failure where the process always comes to start no matter how many time s you try .. time waste ..just don't install this app and their only answer to every problem is we didn't qualify the credits value or smthg.... worst app

At first I didn't got an approval. But about a few days back I recieved a pre approved message. And tried to apply again. I'm happy that I recieved a small amount as a start and the repayment is very flexible for about 2 months starting. A much recommended app.

Worst loan app ever!! Total Rip-Off of my money. I got 26k for 3 months, and had to repay 37.5k means 11.5k in 3 months. I'm wondering what will be the interest rate Per Annum. I had no options, and had to take the loan as I was in need. But True Balance app takes the most advantage of people in need. Thanks for your sad services, I swear I will never ever take any loan from TRUE BALANCE.
Interest rate is very high, compared to other loan apps in play store. True credits gets the first place in playstore for looting very high interest rates and processing fee from cuatomers. I think NBFC getting funds from true credits, that's why NBFC not take any action about high charges and interest rates.
Very quick and instant process. User Interface is very easy . Only one request is processing fee and interest rate should be low.
Satisfied to get a loan from the app fastly..💓 but the interest rate wantrd to be check again by the app management...! Interest is a little bit heavy...! This is very nice app. I tried to get loan in more than 100 platforms .. But all are data Robbers and asking for processing fees.After we pay fees they reject me without any reason .But in true balance i got 1000rs loanat first time.And no more complicated procedure to get loans.Easy and reliable
Very Expensive short term loan app. Interest rates are very high. Usually they are providing loan on short term of 3 -6 months and the rate of interest is very high upto 36% per month. Absolutely disappointed to take a loan from True Balance.
Worst app . I mailed regarding my loan repayment after 24 hrs got delivery incomplete . Stating recipient server did not accept your request. Then why you are sharing mail id which is not working. One of your agent sent me whatsapp message to share the screenshot . I asked to send mail id need to know about my loan status. No reply for that . Really worst app.
Pathetic app. I've paid my all loan but still showing in my cibil and affecting my credit score. I'm not able to take a loan form any app because of this nonsense application. I've mailed them many time but no response. I request you its an medical emergency for me clear my loan in your system.
Iam very much displeased with the services...iam trying to the payment but everytime it is showing error. Confirmed with bank, there is no issue with there end. I have maintained the balance, if any problems occurs with my CIBIL. I will not tolerate. Resolve issues as earliest.
Don't trust this loan app. Third party loan app waste app. This loan up time is wasted. More than five months have elapsed and even once the loan has not been approved My credit score is getting good because this application.I suggest you don't you it it's not froude.Very bad service very bad communication

Really good to use and getting proper information from app side. In the beginning i thought I might ask some of intial pay but this app doest ask so for. Few apps were like hanging and returning back while paying the payment sometimes it's shows error while paying the payment but when come to True balance it's really awesome to use. They giving us the proper infor details regarding the due date intrest rate each and every tip about our loan . So from my opinion it's a best app to use .
