True Cloud

Would like to know if you're able to download this app to 2 devices , both phones but different brands. Not currently using my other phone as it does not turn on though would like to download to this phone however it doesn't give me that option. Any help would be much appreciated. As I cannot contact try cloud themselves so they even have a help line ?

Dear developer The application is very slow and when we try to search the recorded data it takes ages to get loaded else will show some error .. inspite of being in good connection. The playback option don't have fast forward or rewind option . Please try to fix these issues in the next update

The app is user friendly, but the drawback is that if you play from the recorded data, there is no option to fast forward or rewind which would have been made very much helpful. Please consider this request and include in future updates. Thank you 😊

Virtual keys such as back, recent and home buttons overlap or timeout and hide very fast when in playback mode, so it's hard to go back from it. In playback the forward and backward should be made live for better viewing experience.

This app does not work properly on one plus devices, I think some bugs have to be fixed for the app to function properly. Hope your team will work on this issue and fix it at the earliest.

Auto rotation stops after switch off and switch on. Have to set it again manually from application. I'll rate better if this is fixed.

everything works fine...only issue is there is no Talkback option on Adroid app ...for iphone app you can communicate both ways...am i missing something here?? comments welaome on the issue i am facing.

The brightness of the screen goes high when opened the app on my samsung galaxy s 10, it is very difficult to see the screen at night.

Need help!!please help.even though i have good connection it keeps showing connecting on the app.if i go and connect to the same WiFi,it gets connected immediately.but of i use other connection,it only gets connected once in 100 tries.

Not good You have to refresh it several times to watch the online video. It works perfect on the iOS but in Android it is lagging a lot. Pls work on it.

Very Bad Cameras and Services is pathetic...only take money don't reslove the problem...tech team don't know to rectify the issue also. I don't recommend anyone it to anyone.

Not able to view playback videos, if i use SD Card. But works good while using Cloud storage.

Sim tray not working , After testing first time and all satisfaction of video audio etc i try to remove my sim it didn't come out it stuck.

It's not working on Mobile data. When I switch to mobile data it is showing the device is offline and when on wifi it's working. It's not possible to use outside when I am not in wifi zone.

Hi I have true cloud for a long time . When I updat it now, it only go on WiFi only more data When I I'm in a place were there is no WiFi I want to work with my data it don't log in on data only work with WiFi please help thank you

After the recent update unable to access the cameras though mobile network it works only when connected to home wifi. Do not know where to make the changes or is there a fix for it..??

Unable to view when connected through mobile 4g internet. But It runs perfect when connected over the wifi. Please resolve this issue.

I was not able to connect though I am using correct user name password .it is allowing me to login but it is not connecting the cameras every time showing incorrect user name and password

Dear Developer, not able to connect as showing error as unable to connect even in good coverage. Compare to other app,it's slow

The new update is very bad, playback goes 10 seconds back to the time set for playback.

Not connecting in 4g data. Please update🥺🥺🥺 . Guys found solution ,please use the 3.2.7 version of the app. Search truecloud 3.2.7 version in chrome and download and enjoy.

After updating can't able to control brightness of our device as it is always shows in brightest view.

The new update has arrived is very useless, please fix it as soon as it takes too much time to open.
