True Fear: Forsaken Souls Part 2

True Fear: Forsaken Souls Part 2 is the sequel to one of the best rated
horror escape games, acclaimed for its story and the atmosphere of
horror mystery.
Fair warning, the game has a free demo, but requires a payment to unlock the full 12 hours (on average) experience.

True Fear: Forsaken Souls Part 1 is #3 on GamesRadar "The 10 best hidden
object games you can play right now" list, praised for an "engrossing
puzzle gameplay" and being a "impressively scream-worthy experience".
We've built on our know-how of making a story rich horror mystery escape
game to craft a better and significantly longer adventure sequel.

Holly Stonehouse followed the clues from her old family house to finally
arrive at the Dark Falls Asylum and again see that someone was there
before her, waiting for her. However this time she is no longer a
spectator and what follows her is no longer just a shadow - the danger
is real as the Asylum comes alive at night. Collecting clues, going
through notes and photographs, unlocking devious puzzles and
constructing complex chains of adventure actions, help Holly escape the
night and find the answers. Was her mother crazy or was there really
another sister? Did her mother commit suicide? How could Dahlia "come
back" after the fire and who or what is the terrifying thing that Holly
saw at Heather's house and that kept following her ever since?

True Fear: Forsaken Souls is a trilogy and Part 2, longer, with twice
the puzzles and with even better graphics, will not disappoint you! If

Awesome, love it! Both 1 and 2 are great fun and enjoyable. If you have to pay for a game, at least there a lot of play time, an interesting storyline, and a variety of puzzles, etc. to challenge you while allowing you the option for level of difficulty, such as hints, maps, and so forth. Keep them coming!!!

This game is incredible! The graphics and art are top notch, and the storyline is compelling. You'll have continuous play without the distraction of constant ads and, after a onetime fee of $4.99, there are NO in app perchases to worry about. The two games are part of a trilogy, and Part 3 is in the works. I can't wait for it!! 👍

Even from just playing the free version this game knocks it out of the ball park. Graphics, storyline, puzzles, amazing! It's almost too good to be a mobile game, the design alone looks like something you'd see on a desktop. Hope to get the full version soon! Definitely worth the purchase

Enjoyed another thrill ride in the True Fear trilogy! If the first installment of this game series was good, then this 2nd installment was like hitting a home-run. Gaming time was longer (excellent!), more cohesion in puzzle clues, and, of course, graphics kicked as§. Impatiently waiting for Part III... (My quips: the lens was too small and the notes got a bit too wordy just in general. BUT!.. I loved the cassette tapes and floppy disks. '80s and '90s tech in an app game? So cheeky!)

I'm playing expert and got stuck in the airplane puzzle. It is impossible! I've checked the walkthroughs for help but the airplane puzzle they are solving is completely different than the one I'm trying to solve. A few other people have tried and all agree that the way it's laid out is impossible to solve. This is frustrating because I can no longer advance through the game. What a waste of money! Perhaps it can be fixed?

Just like part 1, great to play. Sure, it's not linear and you cannot compare with thing like The Room. Doesn't make it worse, just different. I love the story line, the graphics, the challenges connecting all the dots ... In short, yet another great great game!!

This game for the most part, is good, but there are a few annoying flaws with it. For example, I can never seem to put down the night vision goggles once I've equiped them. I always have to leave the room, then re enter, and sometimes even that doesn't work. Some of the puzzles are flawed aswell, sometimes you're trying to press or drag something along and nothing happens, the statue in the greenhouse for example.

Overall I was kind of disappointed. Not as good as the first one. I got to the point where she drinks the potion made from holly berries and such and the game froze and now it's telling me I completed the game play and that I need to make a new account. I never finished the game and am kind of frustrated. I would appreciate if that could be fixed. Compared the the first one it is not as interesting, the world being so open makes you rely on the maps and hints at certain points as the information needed isn't there. Also the world being so large just makes it too much. It doesnt hold your interest as much. It is annoying to have to flip through 30 pages of notes just to get to the correct note to solve it. I absolutely adored the first one but this one just doesn't hold the same allure. Unfortunately as well the puzzles in this game sometimes don't make too much sense to continue the story line and are just random. I played the little beta they released out and was excited but as it continues I just have lost some of my excitement . The gameplay itself could have been better without having such a large open world. The story line is also a lot and a bit confusing. Also the puzzles often don't complete or you don't have the necessary info to finish them. Not only that but there's certain things you dont even finish? Like the door with all the chains and locks never got unlocked among other things. The graphics though are fantastic and are the best of any mobile game I've ever seen! The music and tone of the game are also amazing, the lay out is very simple as far as the world. The mood set is also very interesting and has a certain allure too it. Also while i believe some glitches need to be fixed as far as the puzzles and such go such as me being unable to complete the game they were very interesting to figure out, some of them were very unexpected. How much detail and effort put into this game can be clearly observed. This game is a good game overall and the people who worked on it did a great job.

I'm so surprised that such an excellent game, with an excellent storyline, excellent cut scenes and decent amount of playtime is available on a phone. I would say it is good enough to be a platform game. Is it scary, not for me. Are the puzzles difficult, yes some are frustrating and require patience and figuring out the configuration. Very well made, can't wait for 3.

I was sooo disappointed that the story conclusion isn't out yet. I felt that the middle of the game got a bit disjointed. Like opening the trailer at the very beginning but not finding the ladder til the end and carrying the red shawl for almost the entire game and (it may be used once at the beginning) not using it (the second time) til the end. All in all, it was much longer than I expected and worth the unlock cost.

Super fun, great looking, great story. Minus one star for some interface issues - positioning the statue as an example - and a lack of clues for the library book-fetcher. The rest was fantastic, confusing, creepy as heck. There are loose ends I'm hoping will be tied up in a sequel? Fingers crossed! I also appreciate the try-before-you-buy model. Very happy to pay hardworking developers for great entertainment. I'm looking forward to the next release from this team!

Captivating and suspenseful, this is one of the best games so far. Love the graphics and mysterious plot. I'm so happy to have found such a well designed and user friendly game. You can set the game on easy, advanced or expert levels, hints are readily available if you get stuck. The puzzles are unique...not too hard yet still tricky to solve. The game flows seamlessly with a nice mix of action, puzzles and video. I'm totally, hooked! And thanks to the support staff for responding quickly

I've gone through this game three times now. I love it! imo Not as scary as the first one, except for one scene involving tokens, but I also knew what to expect. Graphics and story line are awesome. Controls can be a little sensitive at times and there *can* be a glitch with the lock under the bar (Not all of the pieces showed up in the kit, only about half - happened just once). Overall a great game and I'm looking forward to the third chapter but hopefully the scare factor will go up a bit.

I really enjoyed this game! Though I wish there was a failsafe for the hints, like a "are you sure you want to use this hint?" warning, because I accidentally hit the hint button once and then couldn't earn that achievement :( Also, the demon statue towards the end kept locking up; I tried starting it over like 20 times, but it kept happening and I had to use the skip option, so I missed out on that achievement too. Otherwise, the game is totally worth the purchase and will keep my 5 star rating!

Just finished the main story and wow, well worth the wait! The small details you guys have put in into this are really incredible. A few spots where there puzzles just didn't seem to complete and had to end up skipping; a drawing you have to colour on paper to get the impression underneath with a crayon, despite having the entire thing finished it didn't seem to register as complete so I had to skip. Please don't take that as criticism by any means! The hard work you've put into this really shows and without spoiling it for everyone else the finale of the story is just mental!! Looking forward to more updates soon, thanks guys!

I really like the TF games. This type of puzzle game, where you have lots of rooms that you have to travel between and keep things in mind for a while is my favourite kind of mobile game. The graphics are also fantastic and they got even better at subtly creating a creepy mood. Just a quick note to the developers: 17*6-11-4 is also 87. I was stuck there for a moment because the safe wouldn't open.

Loved this one! While the first game was great, this was an improvement in all parts! You can now zoom into pictures, and even the environment, so you're never confused by what something says if you have a smaller screen. That was my biggest issue with the last one. Also this one is longer without feeling drawn out, which was awesome! I can't wait to play the final one when it releases!
