Pros : Innovative, Syncs with Spotify Cons : The usability from treadmill to my phone needs major improvement. It synced initially and I was able to play Spotify from the treadmill, however it's VERY unclear how to start syncing my run to both devices. I entered all of my metrics, entered a workout on the app but could never figure out how to display it on the treadmill or if that's even how the service is supposed to work! I then lost Bluetooth connectivity randomly and could never resync so I gave up.
This app is useless. Downloaded to use with the treadmills at my gym, however app requires you to setup an account EVERY time you try to log in. Never goes past the Trainer screen, just freezes. Do not waste your time or space using this app.
I hope you guys at true realize the continued terrible performance of this app is impacting your treadmill sales. Spoke with a friend today who's looking to buy one. I told him, great treadmill, possibly the worst fitness app on the market. Buy a precor. And that's exactly what he did. Helping him install it this weekend
Unable to create an account so can't use app. Tried FB and email - both fail.
Made an account and when I tried to sign back in said the login was invalid. App keeps crashing and stopping. Couldn't connect
Terrible. Tried to create an account and it froze on the trainer screen. Was hoping to use this with the gym machines that our clubhouse just invested in, but it looks like it's back to fitbit and manually programming. Lame. Your DEV and QA should be ashamed.
Would not connect to machine. If you join a gym that has life fitness, turn around and go elsewhere.
This app is absolutely useless. It will not accept a new user registration. However it will then go into the app itself but you can't do anything it's just there.
Should have read the reviews first. My hotel has these machines, machines are good, app you can't even log a workout let also say scan your workout to save them. I did take photos in hope they hire a professional to make their app.
Had to set all goals to create an account. Also, unable to get data from machine.
I can't even create an account. I tried on my phone and tablet. The app won't even move passed the "select a trainer" screen, arguably the least important part of the entire process.
This app is absolutely terrible!!! A total waste of time. Community gym has True equipment and no one can log in their workouts. Pathetic!!

Can't log into it. Good machine but app is worthless if you can't use it. Just look at the reviews. Time to fire IT!!!

Needs to work properly for once
Needs to integrate with Google Fit! That is a sorely missing feature. I didn't have the connection problems others have had. But it helps to connect at the start of the session. Bluetooth connections are established very slowly.
I run on a True Fitness treadmill daily, but I can't use the "Bluetooth" option to save my data. This is probably the wrong one...
After the last update, this app DOES NOT WORK. Was fine previously. Uninstaller. Thanks for nothing.
The app doesn't work at all. I couldn't even make an account. The Bluetooth functionality of the treadmill itself was also unusable, as it would connect to my phone only before starting a workout and only while the phone is on the pairing screen. As soon as I went to the homescreen or opened this app it would disconnect. It also disconnects if you press any button on the treadmill console. Bottom line: don't waste your time with this app. If you're looking to buy tech-compatible equipment, don't waste your time with TRUEfitness.
Why would any company release such garbage. After several tries, I finally got this app to sync with same brand elliptical... And then nothing! It wouldn't save my workout or even exchange any info with the compatible elliptical I was on. After I disconnected the app from my machine, it would no longer sync again. I even tried restarting my phone, and nothing! Even the elliptical of the same brand was way too unintuitive to use efficiently. The people TRUE Fitness brand used to create their software must hate the company, and it shows. Garbage! If you try this app, you're only downloading disappointment.
Horrible app. Simply does not work. Impossible to sync data from stationary bike. Wouldn't even download a workout from the bike when I plugged in my phone with a USB. It can't be that hard to create an app that works with their equipment, pathetic!
Couldn't logon
The idea of this app is meritable. Unfortunately, the app itself amounts to bloatware. Its main selling point -- connectivity to treadmills -- is a falsehood. Looking at the app, you notice that simple things, like distance being measured in mph, show the lack of professionalism of the tech team behind this joke. I just ended up taking pictures of my workout sheets with my camera app. I suggest you do not download this.
