UNINSTALL IT NOW! Very poorly designed. I selected items from the menu and added to my basket but cannot complete the order. Not only your app doesn't work properly, but also the error message is poor and doesn't give me a clue what's wrong. It made me add my credit card to make an order, then at the order page it wanted me to enter the card info again! From within the app, I was able to get to a section telling me to download the app 🤣. I wish True food kitchen had a better app. #Disappointed.
Terrible ordering process. Terrible user interface. Would not order from True Food Kitchen again. When choosing a dish, has to choose a protein. It has no option to skip, thus automatically increases the price of dish.
My sister and I enjoy going there every Friday. Then the update happened. All my rewards disappeared, my receipts disappeared, and I had to sign up all over again. I want my rewards back and my receipts. I can't even see where I can upload my receipt if it go there today, which is the plan. Now it's just take out and mobile orders. Why take away the features that made this app good?
App has limitations. Ordered delivery, got charged, then app kind of froze - i am outside delivery area. It shouldnt have taken my order. Never got refund. Called about it. They said they could t find the order. Not the type of service i expected from such a good restaurant.
Since the October 2020 update this app is now totally useless. It no longer even recognizes my email address even though True Food Kitchen sends me emails almost every day to that address. So now I guess I've lost all my rewards because of an app update? I love the restaurant but this (updated) app not so much.
Same as others have said. The app no longer recognized my login info. I've lost my rewards. I signed up again and I got the email. I finished the sign up process. I tried to login later and it says it doesn't recognize the email...
I have two rewards, but I can't figure out how to use them. They don't show up in the app, only on the True Foods website but they are just listed there. There is no bar code or anything like that for the server to scan.
Last time I visited, they did not process my $100+ receipt. Most recent time, got an announcement saying the merchant no longer works with Thanx. Lost all my rewards and progress. Useless.
Intuitive and easy to use ordering platform. I also get rewarded for my purchases simply by paying with a credit card.
Food is wonderful. But the app Could be more friendly user. And should automatically apply coupon to credit card used that's on file
Cannot leave notes, like extra dressing. Tip has to be whole numbers. App didn't even work for threr months. I complained about this via email and no one got back to me.
I made a delivery order through the app that was never officially processed. I realized 1 hour later and ended up eating packaged ramen for dinner.
App version is no longer supported is the message that I keep getting and no update option. Terrible!

Have been using this app for a few years, then all of the sudden it stopped crediting towards my rewards.
Delicious food and easy to find great vegan healthy options. All waiters are extremely helpful and friendly.
Easy to use but I wish they had the full menu. Maybe it's because of the Corona virus 🤷🏾♀️

It has been useful to read about new menu items, and order online for food to go and curbside pickup. As of recently, I have been experiencing some issues. There is a warning everytime that I go on app. Saying that this app is an old version, and I might need to upgrade. There's no way to do that and Google play store doesn't have a update for the app. If they did, then I would be notified to update. The True Food Kitchen website doesn't advertise their app anywhere on their site.
