The most unreliable app from one of the leading internet providers. Call center recommend to delete and install again. Did it 100 times and being a customer more than 15 years. Same problem everytime
Avoid these Guys, if you value your time and money. Service is horrible at many levels, was a customer for 3 years. Im glad I moved to their main competitor big difference.
Every month an update is not acceptable when the stupid app loses all stored data!
A disgrace in coding, especially as it is the app from THE largest and most established telco in TH. The UI is so stupid it cannot even de-pad spaces in a phone number (c'mon even internet coding courses teach this), and the software hangs if you utilise wifi vs burning your mobile data. Not to mention the need to log in at every instance with no capability for biometric or pin authentication. It's 2018 FFS and the interface reeks of 1990. Its demonstration of when marketing is more important than utility.
It makes me angry. I don't care about update when im late to go somewhere and need to top up. Unable to top up with out updating. No option to choose not to update. Change it so that update is OPTIONAL!!!😠😠😠 Edit*** About a year later! Still no change! Still the same thing! It makes me so angry. Once again I have to top up and choose a package. Once again it won't let me because there is ANOTHER update!! So incredibly frustrating. I don't have space on my device to do an update right now.
There is 100% no reason this app needs to access my photos and data. It's insanely slow, but the website doesn't work. I was told repeatedly by staff for True that the app was the way to go. It's not. Don't even bother with the download, it's not worth the effort.
Easy to use and convenient for online payment. However, it would be a lot better if the information of the package spending is real time. And please bring me back the menu that I can change login password by myself.
The app is very slow. When top-up, it seems like I have done nothing and it takes so long for the updated balance to appears. Additionally, i cant find where i can see my usage.
Can't log in on both android and iPhone as it goes into an infinite loop with an unhelpful "something went wrong" message. Reported to 3 true outlets. All said they will speak to IT as they couldn't resolve the issue. It has been months now.
Very slow. Often it cannot open. Often it does not accept my credit card. Only sometimes when I'm extremely lucky does it work. Worst app, worst network, worst service.
Just to slow. If you pay your bill late even slower. I have to pay my bill late because wife wont let me pay. True keeps adding things like Thai Horoscope every month to my bill. Every month have to talk to store representatives and it takes to long with that as well. I would just pay it for the small extra to have better service. My bill always 300 to 500 baht over. Wife is boss. Cannot pay on time with that.

Easy to manage services the application provided. Easy accessibility to the target service with out confusion, target actions look more attractive than other. Anyway, some of control need to use background color OR interactive OR known symbols to preventing mistake OR misinformation. etc.
The app doesn't allow clearly to choose a language of communication with online customer service. It's real headache, you receive most if not all important messages only in thai, you will be dealing with a machine. Someone MUST fix this.
App always has issues. Pay for others now not integrated anymore with own payments so multiple CC transactions needed for what used to be one payment...typical...developing features nobody is looking for and go backward instead of forward...
Truly (get what I did? ) the worst app. It never launches properly and I've been waiting for this loading screen to clear for over an hour. I've tried closing the app and opening it. Now I'm uninstalling and reinstalling... Hastle.
Long wait time for customer service. Have to make the same complaint 3-4 times before any action is taken. Example - wanted by bill in English and they took 3 cycles after which we got English copy, though we asked for it at time of connection. The sales agent told us we will get some free channels but again, at time of connection were told its not the case.
Don't ever install this app. Waste of time. The worst app I have ever installed. True wants the customers to view usage and pay the bill. But in fact, the app showed nothing except their front page and can not refresh or do anything at all.
Good service, detailing on bill easy to check. For me this app not slow ang hanged, maybe depends on your phone. If your phone a little bit old that make process to slow.
Very slow at the loading. Take super long time until the information will display and in most case keeps rolling but not display at all.
The apps has been downgraded and not updated. It is frustrating and challenging to use the app as it crashes with every single login attempt.
After every update, I have to relogin. This is the worst experience ever. Why can't this app remember my login information. I have to reset my username and password everytime I try to login.
Takes very long to launch the app and always need to relaunch it twice in order for the system to sign into your account. Very not user friendly.
I did login to the system several times and still it doesn't show any billing or usage summary as it supposed to show. Very useless. I rather use Kbank app to pay for phone and internet bills.
