TrueCoach Connect

I have a really difficult time with this app. It used to work ok only to respond to clients and push me a notification. now it shows me a notification but I can't read it or respond. Very disappointed 😞

It's terrible. For some reason it downloads 2 app icons onto my homescreen and it stopped sending me notifications.

Even 1 star is too much. This app is completely unusable! Utter shite, don't bother downloading it!

Complete rubbish. And by the look of the other reviews, True Coach don't seem to care about user feedback. I used to have this app last year and it STILL hasn't changed. All the client can do is message the trainer and vice versa. Why they can't manage to make an app that includes full interactivity like the website I have no idea. Sort it out True Coach. I'm a paying trainer and I expect better.

The main constructive criticism I'm going to provide here is that the app is only compatible for coaches to layout the program especially with my google pixel 3 XL. I can only access it from the web. I prefer to have an app login as a client so I can retrieve videos from my photo collection itself instead of sending it to instagram/dropbox/google drive first. i enjoy the layout and the messaging system. It's great for the coach but the missing piece is to be more client friendly on all platforms

Extremely glitchy. Nearly unusable on Android. Cannot attach photos, GIFs, videos to messages using the app without it freezing. Super inconvenient to do this from a desktop. Has me reconsidering my choice of coaching software.

Complete waste of time it's an app that only allows you to message your clients and that's really it. Would be great if the app allowed me to create new workouts for clients and progress payments through the app. TrueCoach for coaches need loads more work.

As a client, the app is currently useless. Both me and my coach expected it to be available for me, so I spent ages trying to figure out what I was doing wrong when actually it's just that the app has been launched half-baked. Happy to re-rate once the app for clients is actually launched.

My clients seem to be fairly happy with my interaction but for me (the coach) its is far too limited. Hardly any features, I can't even look at my clients programme? Or can I?! ..Add to or change their programme, change their nutrition goals, log their activities ect ect. really we need the app to be as good as the desktop version! ( Even that is lacking tbh- i want to log their body fat, muscle mass ect) It is actually basically just a messaging app☹

have had troubles signing in on the app and have had to rely on the internet which only lasted two days before having to get my coach to send a invation which still didnt work when things looked all good on her end. pretty disappointed with how this app works for the google pixle 3a

Constantly crashing when trying to open clients workouts, hit and miss notifications, has the potential to be a great tool for coaches but really disappointing to actually use

No trainee app, this one is just for the PTs!Just incredible approach by the TrueCoach as they don't care!Promised in the spring that the android app for trainees will be released by the end of this year,now changed their mind!Make an android app isn't that difficult!You're just thinking:if we make an android app for PTs,their clients will be forced to use it anyway on our website! So rather saving few bugs!If you want to be the best app for PTs+their clients this isn't the right approach.Sick!

After using it for few weeks I am giving 2 stars. This app needs some serious attention. I don't get real time update for days and then suddenly bombarded by past notifications etc. I'm using an android device and I thought this app would save me time. I have to access truecoach from browser every few hours to see if I got any messages etc.. Please improve this app as it could be amazing or design Truecoach app for android devices please 🙏

Sadly, you can only message your clients from this app and nothing else (android). dang Updates 8/16/2020 still no android update and have been told 2x that it is just a few weeks away... weeks ago. Sad because I can't offer to any of my android clients or use it myself Samsung S10. I hate to cancel to use a different company because of it. 😭

Wish this app had a client focused version. Logging into the web with very limited features seems like a miss on the developer's end. Doesnt matter how much the coach loves it, if the clients dont want to use it. Any timeframe on rolling something out?

This is incredibly disappointing, no way I can stay on track with my clients with this app. This really does make me question whether the Truecoach platform is the best. As a tmcoach, communication with a client is vital..

This is just another messaging app. I am increasingly disappointed with TrueCoach and the lack of Android ability to manage my clients. And the continued promise that a usable app is "coming" is getting tiresome.

I downloaded the app and can't log in, it will direct me to the website. Seems to be the common compliant. I have removed the app off my cell and will just use website from now on.

For coaches only. What's the point having coaches use it when the clients can't. No other android app, inexucisble in today's mobile world. The coaches going to coach and train themselves then? Guess don't need clients eh?

Don't work for Android even if your looking to be client and sign in as client still not working at all.. its ridiculous that you don't have a full working Android app for this as not everyone has an iPhone

This is for coaches only. It seems like there's an iOS version for clients but you know with only about 75% of the global market share of mobile devices I completely understand why they don't have an Android app.

I downloaded both the client and coach app for android and it only asks for a log in. Does not let me create an account. I am a new user and there is no option to create and new account!

Really, you have yet to fix this app so that clients can use it?!? Come on, you have it sorted out for apple, step up and do it for android!

I'm unsure how this app could be as bad as it is. Does not refresh or update properly at all.

Still doesnt work for android! And over 50% of phones sold in the us in 2020 were android. I signed up for the beta, was sent an email for the beta, but never saw the beta.

Login does not work on the app. It works on the browser no problem

it doesn't work properly , it just send you to website !!? so what the point of it!!? unfortunately useless
