Frequently lags, unlabeled buttons, the link to view images or videos rarely works. Quick response from customer support but uninstalling and reinstalling daily is not an adequate solution to their link not working. Wish this app worked as I want to do questions in whatever 5 min blocks I have.

Incredibly obnoxious that the app overrides the rotation lock on my phone. Please fix this! Images load outside of the app. Can't highlight. Functional.

Large buttons that are unlabeled so the user has to guess what they do. Somehow overrides the auto rotate lock on my tablet so it keeps flipping from landscape to portrait when I lie on my side. Terrible interface

This app is garbage. Controls are huge. My regular phone navigation buttons removed (no way to navigate my own phone while this is open). No feedback percentages for each question as on a laptop i.e. how many people get what percentage correct or not.

Laggy can't review tutor mode, not intuitive, screen doesn't display properly

Doesn't properly update when questions are completed, keeps telling me I have paused tests, periodically resets. Useful if only it worked more often.

Still waiting on the fix... Why are on screen buttons so big at the bottom? It becomes huge when on landscape mode. Add option to stop auto rotation and change button size and font size. Also just add that image into the app so you don't have to go to web browser to open it.

Images have to be loaded seperately outside of the app. Lab values have to be loaded seperately outside of the app. App constantly crashes. When I finish a test and end it, sometimes it won't save my last few answers and I have to go back and re click everything. When I have my screen locked in a specific orientatiin in my device the app still moves around making me accidentally click the wrong answer and miss questions. Overall terrible app that does not help you study

Works perfectly, and gets the job done. zero complaints. Great during down time in rotations

Used to study for combank. It was much more smooth when I studied for step 2 in 2014 compared to the current version I'm using for step 3 (2016).

True learn in itself is a great service with a very good user interface online. However, the app leaves much to be desired and lacks a lot of the functionality of the online version.

The app works well as is. No issues at all. It could be improved with offline storing of questions. Thanks for a solid application!

App stopped opening. Only a white page pulls up or a message saying reload application.

Decent app, but ultimately can't replace internet browser. Can't highlight passages, strike-out options😰, screen rotates and can't lock position. Also when accessing media/images, the app will open the aforementioned within the internet browser. Likely alternative is to use the internet browser to access these sought-after features.

The only complaint I have is how slow it is to select and de-select topics to include in the questions

Says I do not have an active subscription and freezes on that screen. Useless haha.

Used this program last year. Doubled previous absite score from 3rd quartile to 1st quartile. Strongly recommended. App is good.

Consistently fails to open. Constantly freezing. Terrible interface. Who designed this? They should be fired. They need to completely overhaul and redesign this app.

Change it back to the way it was last year. Exiting the app to go to images? Is that a joke? Just tab the images in

Please fix. Otherwise the app works fine.
