Doesn't matter what I try, work permit photo is always blurry. (it gets bluury with post processing it seems as its fine at first and it gets blurry after a second or so)
almost impossible to register as a foreigner. won't accept retirement as occupation and makes you do ALL the way through pp photo, selfie, address and THEN asks for copy of Alien ID card, yellow house book or Thai driver's license. all of which are very difficult to get and for what advantage? is True Money really that special?
Beautiful app. I downloaded the app and I try to register but I can't because my phone number is 11 digits and the space requirement is just 10 digits
The app is ok in areas you can access, but the customer service is terrible. After waiting two hours in live chat to change my phone number, i was told to change the phone number required the account to be closed and then i would have to register again. Now on my third attempt to re-register with documents previously provided. App has many areas that are 'thai nationals only', so expect racism and prejudiced. Pray you never have an issue or have to change your phone number.
This app is different from IOS version, company didn't update face scan for the android and some of the functions just only for thai ppl. I think maybe don't want foreigner use
Even after update the app doesn't work with Android 12 on Samsung S21 phone. I can access my money for 3 months now on KKP. True seems to not care about android users.
The pop-up ads are very annoying and slow down the payment process. Imagine when you're standing at the cashier and there's a long queue behind you. You start this app to pay but have to dismiss at least 2 pop-up ads. Since You're in a hurry you might press the wrong button and open the ad instead of dismissing it. This is bad design and deters people from using the app. Update: Cannot pay True bills anymore due to the error "agent invalid title". Customer service tells me to stop using it.
Udt21dec: still no tranfer bank to KKP. Start saving input Note but can't view input-transfered Note!! What4/ Upt21oct15 /Reliable is LOW /1/ last update Menu: Favorite Service > Saving with interest / Often Disappear. How Trust can build!!! Also by ACCOUNT Menu must always be accessible to KKP account. /2/ wallet transfer to bank is NO KKP (kiatnakin bank) to choose to Transfer. What the heck, for this partner but not allow transfer, weird !!!!
Couldn't verify Id so uninstalled, tried 5 times now congratulations on making the worst app. I only need for 711.
App still show expired promotion, so it will cause confusion and user may think promotions are still applicable.
Top up money thru bank app, but no money added to wallet. The chat bot is not efficient, need to wait too long for human chat. Prepare to lose yr money if u use this app, not recommend! Hate it.
Bad service after logged me out cannot get back on my app with my password chatting and calling is useless waste of time.

It is a very slow and it requires a fix of amount of money when you trannsfer money from internet banking into the wallet. Please improve your appreciation so you will get more people to use your app.
It helps a lot when banking is having trouble easily topping up money in every system and can donate to the foundation. Thank you for being with me for a long time
I've been using this for a year with no problems, but lately it keeps crashing on me. Not good when you have a basket full of shopping in your local 7/11. I've uninstalled and renistalled this twice this week alone. Update. Hasn't crashed in the last few months. I'm spending about 5k THB per month using this app. Good cashless alternative.
My phone ( SS S21 Ultra) has problem with app. It's hang after update to Andriod v.12

Why can't True​Wallet have an automatic booking system just like BitKub? Been calling 1240 in the past 48hrs and it's always busy. If not, the dashboard is in Thai language. There's nowhere in the app to submit verification documents like requested (click to submit) but redirect you to a page to call 1240. The whole process isn't user friendly at all. Give the option to submit the documents in the menu then make it easy to automate a booking. That's the new digital age and True can't do that.
Terrible management and system - I cannot stress this enough, with 5 attempts to register a new account but unable to do so, customer service cannot solve my issue and despite sending emails to customercare twice plus another call to inform them, they couldn't find my email along with the attached screenshots of regiastration steps from beginning to the end and an error message, plus my identity card pictures!!! Bloody waste of time and useless, to the point I need to file complaints!
I'm very happy that this app is now available for foeigners to use. Paying for things at 7-11 and other retailers with my phone is super convenient. I have linked my credit card so now I don't have to worry about topping up my wallet balance to pay for things. I'm a TrueMove H subscriber so I earn TruePoints and credit card points for all my transactions. Not all services are available for foreigners however; I'd like to be able to to buy my car insurance through the app. Please add this!
In my previous review, I gave true wallet 1 star because it did not allow foreigners living here to sign up, which is just racist. They actually listened and solved that issue. However, many parts of the app is still in Thai. The fingerprint scanning page is completely in Thai and does not work. And I cant seem to figure out a way to redeem my true points into cash for wallet, because everything is in Thai! Also, the car insurance function does not work. You think foreigners dont have cars?
easy and convenient to use
Poorly developed app. When set to English it keeps reverting to Thai. Verification process is unreliable - I uploaded all the correct documents, but each time I try to log in, it takes me back to the Verification screens. Will uninstall as I do not trust the integrity of such a badly executed financial system.
A colossal waste of time for foreigners. Don't bother. The app has English interface and there exists a robust number of options to choose your status as an alien when signing up, but all that trouble amounts to nothing when they just reject your application with a generic "due to our internal policies" or some such BS. Not recommended.
Samsung s22 plus can't use mini program. I've tried with the staff at true shop phone and they can us my account to go to membership mini program. But I can't with my phone. After clicking the shop logo, nothing happen. We try reinstall the app but it doesn't solve the issue
