Doesn't work. Stuck on white screen

When I first used it worked great, now it doesn't want to open.
The account was easy enough to setup through the app and the medication info is correct. However, only medication info of the main policy holder is available. Other policy members are listed under "my family", but there is no information on their medications provided. I've checked every link and option but found no way to bring up the medication of another member. Unless it offers information and options on a whole family an app like this is useless.
