"Reward" in my definition ain't something this complicated and more trivial than what its worth. If True cannot figure out how to reward its customers, I am very certain that some other brands are more than happy to do so. **Updated** 2 more stars deducted for some automatic unknown "redemption" which deducted over 200 of my points! Unless this is the message from True to show how it respond to whistleblower such as myself, I am keen to hear the explanation about this matter.
Can't registered. Can't check my point. Can't get any promotion. Jst the screen to show but customer can't use it at all. This app absolutely useless and annoying.
Keep requesting to verify services unlike the Web version where you login and all data is there. What is the purpose of having an application which is not even linked to the main server where all data are kept? Useless and time wasting app to try to get services verified.
It is useless application of promotions and services. Most of all promotions and services cannot promptly use all the times. If you don't use the Truemove mobile, it does not work to get promotions and services at all.
Bad experience with forced log me out. And the reset password criteria made me crazy. Update app on 19 sep, still can not login and I assure that I put the right password but app still said wrong password.
There's no any item that's benefits of true member which are true bonus, true point and free stuff at 7-11. There's no a button. Please upgrade or improve the app so we could get our benefits.
Can't understand a thing because the offers aren't translated into English, even though there's an English setting. If you speak Thai I'm sure it's a very good app. I don't know.
Horrid, because no one can communicatd well enough in English to explain all I need to know for use of points, now over 7000. No one has ever spent enough time clarifying what, how, and where to use. Tbhey tfy to tell me far too fast and are unable to answer my questions. So I hope I can just give my points to someone else or get better advice. Many others seem to agree TRUE staff does not communicate use of points well. Is this a joke? NO ONE CARES

Absolutely stupid has the option in english changing the menu but every content inside including the daily promotions and free stuff and rules all in thai language. Absolutely disrespectful... better have nothing in english than doing half of the job. When I do my work in a bilingual way I respect both audiences as equally not only one. I hope true company understands it one day
The worst app in the history of apps, i told them i could get a 10 year boy from Denmark to come and make a better app, so true you please take the challenge because you couldn't make an app if your life depended on it............. And after talking with you for the 10-15 time you have fixed nothing, incompetent people, sorry to say i would have you all fired that's how bad you are and as i said a 10 year old could do a better job!
This App is great but for more convenient,developer should make this app can be accessed without Wifi or Cellular.

What a load of rubbish, all you can get for your points is a load of rubbish I wouldn't want seen in my home. A year ago it was much better.

It's improved from previous versions which is difficult to find the desired coupon. But for this version description is not complete at glance. Need to open the coupon to see the details which is quite annoying.
