I have the updated version and I'm unable to look at any class schedules or instructors, therefore I'm unable to rsvp to the classes. I've tried clicking the drop down box option to filter and the screen goes dark like it's trying to show me the options, but it's just dark. For the week and all future weeks, it just says no classes available.
As a new member I would like to see a description of all the classes they offer in order to see if I'd be interested, then look for it on the weekly schedule to plan my week, but there is nothing under each class/exercise description button. C'mon, current advertisements are what makes or breaks a business. Please keep these as current and reliable as the company is at withdrawing membership, yearly, and personal training fees!!! The gym is awesome! Wish app was too!!
The app is not showing classes available which is making my ability to plan difficult. It says "no classes available" for all days. It used to work great and I know it's only one component but it was very helpful. Please fix it and I'll change my rating.
Since February the App is not working properly, it does not show the class schedule. Classes are the whole point of why I joined so this is VERY inconvenient. I've called 3 times to ask for help from corporate and they have not been very helpful in getting it fixed or following up.
Terrible app, terrible company. Had a hard time with registration - the app kept giving me errors. When I managed to register (with no help from staff) and I logged off when I attempted to log back in it gave me an error. Password reset doesnt work - I get no email to reset. I cant even find contact I for troubleshooting these issues. Sent an email to management over a month ago and have gotten no response. Will be joining golds gym instead - they offer way better customer service.
After installing the App initially, nothing worked. It just showed an image. The developer contacted me about the fix. It works now. However, I expect the App to have the option to pay my gym membership fee but that feature is not available.
The app was working just fine and now since the new update when I try to see the class schedules and choose the location it just freezes and I can't check times or anything, the only thing I can do is bring up my bar code so I can check in this is frustrating and I'm missing out on classes and times because of this. FIX IT ASAP
Continually lose ability to obtain barcode. Had to take a screen shot of the barcode so I can get into the gym, but have to search my gallery app every time because they do not use any type of card. I am logged in but barcode is not available right now. Love that the app shows schedules. App is relatively simple to use when it works. Just get really tired of having to wait on app for a barcode to enter a gym that I pay for use of. Need cards at gym available to those who would like to have one.
Join TruFit and was told to upload the app which I did. Once I uploaded the app and entered my member ID # and email address along with my password. When I logged out and tried to log back in, it wasn't letting me in and that there was an error. I tried to recover my password and NEVER received anything in my email to reset it. Please fix this issue!
I can't get a barcode and I was told it's a common problem. I get to stand at the counter and give all my info every time I go to workout. My favorite is when nobody is standing there or they're busy on a call. Then I get to wait because your app sucks. 0 stars wasn't an option, that's why I gave you 1.
I just joined and i can not edit my profile, the buttons don't always work, I can't edit my picture, I can't see the schedule and wording overlapse in some areas. Very unprofessionally done. I hope this isnt a sign of how the gym will be.
It logged me out and froze up my phone. When I deleted the app and tried signing back in its just a blank white screen. And yes I've tried multiple deleting the app and signing in and ended up with the same results. Probably won't be using trufit anymore.
Since the new update I can't view schedule. This is how I plan my week, now unable to view it in the app. When you select location it freezes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, still not working.
Can't give it a worse rating this app even had a wrong bar code and won't let me change it. The developer can't seem to figure out how to fix it. Now can't even see the class schedule it freezes when you try to see the schedules hope they fix it soon!!!!
Just not great. Many functions don't work. There's an exit profile button that doesn't do anything. It has a spot where it asks if you'd like to set a profile pic, but then returns to main screen.
I had a physical key tag until it degraded to the point of falling apart. They no longer issue key tags so I tried to use this app. I try to register an account and it tells me there is already a member with this information and won't allow me to to do anything. The staff have no answers to resolve this. It's so frustrating to check in now. I'd rather have a physical tag where I can just scan and go.
The app will not let me sign up or log in, so I'm unable to use the features that come with gym membership. On the register side it says a Valid TruFit ID cannot be found with the information I provided. On the login side, it says error logging in. I tried emailing the developer and I received a notification email from the mail delivery subsystem stating that the email address is invalid or not set up to receive emails. Please help!
Got membership information in my email. The link didnt work. I went to the playstore and do nloaded the app on my own and the information sent to me through email wasnt valid.... Take time and work out the kinks in your app before making it available to everyone... I will give it another try once you all get it up and running properly.
Basic, but functional. Would be nice to see contact, location info, open hours, amenities on clubs. Would also be nice to see training appointments on calendar. Would be nice to see personal trainer info/schedules/expertise.
Terrible customer service would not go here again. Not 24hr as advertised.They had told me that I could cancel my membership online. come to find out I was given the wrong information. so since July I've been paying for a gym I had stopped going to and I now have to pay in order for they to stop taking money out of my account. If u want to cancel your membership go in person letting yall know because no one told me.
Works great! Don't know what to complain about. Easy login, but if you dont know your Member ID? Its in your (pdfContract). I think the app would be a real hit if (some suggestions). Maybe having some tabs that open into getting started and acquainted to the gym, (for those new individuals), I too was once terribly lost on where to start, or what & how an equipment functioned. I dont want this app to over-lap Trainers & Health Trainers either, cause its thier job to teach us, not the app.
App layout is extremely basic and with very little information about the organization. List of gym locations, found in app, offer no information beyond the city club is located in. If site contains detailed information regarding membership levels, it is very well hidden. Barcode usage has been app's only valuable feature for me.
I am unable to view a Class Schedule for any location. Any date I select I get a message that says "No Classes Available!" Very frustrating to have to pick up a paper copy of the schedule each week.
Terrible time signing up. Consistently spits out errors. Once you actually do manage to sign up, you can't sign into your account because it vomits more sign in errors. Still can't sign into the app almost a year later. Terrible company, app, customer support. Stay away from THESE PEOPLE....
Doesn't have classes uploaded, doesn't give me perks. Billing is all off by tufit itself. And isn't useful for anything else other than scanning barcode to enter the gym. Because management is too cheap to hand out keychain tags. complete trash.
Bad bad bad service at locations. App does not come thru. They charge you regardless of making payment on locations. Never answer their phones. No one knows anything. And corporate office is clueless are they can be. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THS. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB. DO NOT USE THIS APP
I only really use the app to view group schedules and it has been freezing on a loading screen for the past couple of weeks every time I try to access the schedules.
Well I finally got the app downloaded after getting the updated version, however the calendar is stuck on May. Also it does not show any future group fitness classes. It is now Juky 5. I got the update 2 days ago and nothing has changed.
Can't even sign up. There app keeps saying that it cannot find a valid Tru fit membership with the information provided but is the information that was sent to me through trufit customer service. May I add that I sent them an email requesting this information October seventh of last year (2019)and didn't receive it till last month March (2020)
Overall, the app looks nice and is easy to use. The Class Schedule page should automatically select the "home gym" instead having clients scroll through the list of gyms. Also, when I click on the Instructor or Classes menus, my screen darkens, and nothing else happens. When I tap my darkened screen, it returns to normal, but the menu I selected still doesn't open. Also, regardless of the day I select at my gym it always shows "No Classes Available". So, tbe barcode is the only useful feature.
