Been with this bank for over 30 years. I love that Trugrocer keeps up with the technology. I only deposit my checks here the auto capture on the check deposit works great! It's a slick little app. Today it's having issues with login fingerprint access not sure why. Made me login a few times before letting me in. Finger print did not work.it stalled 2 times and forced me to use my password.

I've always been really happy with the app, and I really appreciate the addition of Mobile deposits, but that took ten times longer than my other credit union. I can understand it is a process to iron out, but I'd be more satisfied on a faster load with three holding days to confirm than to have to fiddle with it confirming a bunch of times.

Easy to use, safe and convenient no issues this far. **update**- been awhile since I installed, still a great, easy to use/navigate app. No bugs or glitches, easier than a few other banking apps I've had to use

The best. Been with TruGrocers for 18 uears and have always had great service. Couldn't ask for a better app when they finally developed one. It just keeps getting better. Thanks! Wouldn't bank with anyone else, this is what banking is about.☺

I've been banking with you ever since you were Albertsons Credit union. I was an employee in 80's at the Corporate office.I love this app. Because it's very convenient when I need to check my balance. Never have to call the bank or wait for a bank statement in the mail.Always available for me to balance my checking account .I can pay bills which saves me time going to post office buying stamps .Thank you TruGrocer for making it easy.Saving me time and less trips to the bank.

Ever since there was an update, I'm having trouble signing in on my phone. I tried reinstalling and it still takes a long time for it to log in. Keep setting up fingerprint login and still asking for my password. Please fix!

Its perfect. its exactly what I need to use for transfering money. when an atm is not around. it transfers really fast too. not only that it shows all account balances.

Been with Trugrocer for several years. Their online banking is just another reasons I've banked with them for so long. Their app makes my banking experience quick, easy, and painless!

the app is great for checking balances. bill pay moving money. the check deposit always have issues. i sometimes have to take the pictures 5 times to work.

Accurate, easy to access, stellar customer service, always available to help with, return phone calls. Efficient, knowledgable , staff.

The updated version of this app is worse than previous . Last version app was a much smoother app. Especially when trying to deposit a check. Grrrr!

Just hard to get app to accept my checks when I deposit through my phone. I have to take the photos of the check, over and over again.

Taking forever to log in. Uninstalled and re downloaded the app, but no change.

easy to use and worth the download. it took me a bit to get going with my account but the customer service is amazing!

Works pretty good. Wish trugrocer took ZELLE! You need to take cash app venmo etc

I strongly dislikes the fact that it talks to me and I can't turn it off! I'd it wasn't for that, I really enjoy the app.

Check deposit does not work well. Have to re-enter several times, each check.
