The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it's not incredibly easy to place the orders online especially not on the app. It's easier if you open it in a web browser and just go to their website but still... you can use the app to browse what's available in the different locations but it's not always going to be completely accurate. Although trulieve dispensaries are highly overpriced, I still shop there frequently because they have tremendous quality in regard to literally every product.
It took 5 minutes to load the first page, and stalled in-between pages. Difficult to use and poorly constructed. You can tell not a lot of effort went into developing the app. I shouldn't have to download the app to be able to view points. What should have taken just a second took an annoying extra 15 minutes of my time because of the glitches in the app.
I've always had issues with this app not loading, glitching, or placing orders I never placed, but for over a week now the sidebar won't load. Every time I open the app it says the app needs an internet connection, whether I'm on wifi or data. I even got a new phone and the problem persists, so it's definitely the app.
I can no longer use the app at all. My location is turned on, enabled, and it works. But your app says I need to enable it. But i already did. And it won't let me use the app. Seems to work at random cause i was able to make an order 1 time. But most of the time when i open this app, it won't let me in.
Horrendous app. Total waste of time. Whoever wrote this should be fired. The icons take you very slowly to "Sorry that feature doesn't work, please let us know by clicking here." When you click on "let us know" you get an "unsupported function" error. The app goes brain dead if you answer a call or text and forgets you ever logged in. There are many issues with this piece of rubbish I won't list them all...it has already wasted an hour of my day. I will delete it now.
I live in a home where an internet connection is important enough to have 2 of them. But this app will just tell me I dont have any connection despite the rest of my apps and devices disagreeing. had to reschedule my medication delivery, not because I wasnt prepared to receive it, but because the app just doesnt work.
This app is THE WORST!!! NOT USER FRIENDLY!!! Can NOT review my orders. Tried to log out and it kept bringing me to the " my account" page. When you log in it doesn't bring you to the home page (makes you think you have to log in again. Complete circle. Only one flower product (stone crab) gave me information about the product. Ended up buying 2 of the same item setting up the payment app (that one sucks too). GRRRRRR! I REALLY hope the development team reads this!
The app does not work properly anymore. I log in and the next button press takes me back to the login page. If there is a pop up window saying "somethings up with username/password pls make new account", that feedback is not showing. I am willing to provide further bug reporting to get the app working again. People including myself use it to get medications we need.
I dont personally have the crashing problems. I've used this app every time to purchase my medicine thru trulieve and have only ever had one issue and it wasn't with the app, it was with the check in system for trulieve themselves. It honestly depends on what phone and service plan you have because I've not had an issue with this app what so ever.
The old app was perfect. Simple, clean, functional. I cannot use this new mess that we've been provided. How many times am I going to be cycled back through to the login screen and have my cart emptied after already signing in and shopping? Come on guys. You know this new app doesn't work. No more medicine for you until you fix this.
UX horror show. Does not retain login credentials between viewing and cart. Dumps login credentials between log on and cart as well. Puts unavailable items in cart creating an inability to move forward with order. Navigating to subcategories without the ability to view the category in general is a Time suck.
The newest upgrade you literally cant use anymore! The app lies and says things are availble and its not, never was. You order and wait literally hours for it to finally say unavailable then if you go back to order different it is still available! I loved using the app living an hour from any Trulieve but now it is even harder to get my medication I need because I can only use certain flower and if I get all the way there and they dont have any its at least another 30 mins to another TL, repeat!
Been trying to get an order for almost 3 weeks and still no response. 1st order they never gave me a confirmation number, 2nd order they cancelled and never notified me. I've tried to order again yesterday to give them another chance but been without product for quite a while now. They won't answer my emails and can't login to my account because it won't take my information. This is the way they treat new customers! Just as I expected, no response about my order. They will cancel your order.
The Trulieve website runs much smoother than this app, this app takes long loading times, and a waste of time. The trulieve websites runs well on your mobile phone and you can purchase with it as well.
Its just not working all day. Wont connect to internet or load anything. Very disappointing as i was trying to pat for a delivery via the canpay functuon in this app, but had to go to a different place that had an atm because of the inconvienance. Very very mad and diasapointed in the app
Every time I open this app it says internet connection is required....Duh!!! I have top speed WiFi as well as great mobile data available. This app is in need of serious repair. You guys need a new I.T. program. This current system sucks!
I've had nothing but great service , there all very friendly and courteous , trulieve has a wide variety of amazing products , they have your needs covered , give them a try , I never looked back once I took my buisness to"TRULIEVE" of sw florida .
Only works on iOS, freezes intermittently from iOS. Android never noticed internet and only shows checking location. Not a helpful app for digital shopping but nice to know about products when the app does work.
Their website and app sucks! Barely usable! more than willing to make millions per day/ but have a usable website? 2 stars its a quicker app now. Still cant order though every time though. lost orders are a regular thing. Make sure it does not put your default as the wrong store!!! everyone should stop going to this store for a week! We should waste their time instead of them just wasting ours from their yachts!
Crashes alot, and the timer boots you out of store and erases your shopping cart. Used to be able to click on a strain and it would open the page on Leafly that described what it was. Now it does nothing but research and gives you no information on the different strains you carry
I have not used the app on months. I have downloaded a new copy and still can't access it. First it says an internet connection is necessary, but I'm connected. Then it freezes on finding location. How do you get to Canpay? I can't find an app and I can't access it through this app anymore.
Updates are needed, for the last two days I have not been able to access CanPay, and inventory updating needs to be more efficient. A full year without an update is unacceptable. Start paying attention to your client base before you become obsolete and another dispensary steps up.
Very helpful & caring everytime... Sometimes the info in the app isn't correct as well as the inventory of the location as being stated in it... But you can also call them to ask questions... Very good company, my favorite to be certain.
Great place! That's why the 5 stars! I give the new app 0 stars! You've left my location out off the list. Trying to scroll the map is useless for me. I'm going to assume this is a bug! Hope it's fixed soon. Never a problem until today.
Just loads terrible web page. Terrible web page does not filter by available stock. Terrible web page does not filter by zip code. Makes the user select store and clickneqchb(out of stock) item individually.
This app used to work ! Now it's garbage I can't even order after logging in it logs me out. Not driving all the way there to find out your out of everything flower and on top of it all they don't even answer the phone after they tell you to call in your order. Time to go to other dispensary this one is BS.
the one thing ive ever wanted to do on this app I cant! im trying to start a chat but it keeps telling to turn off an pop up blocker on and I dont even have any on my phone. i have enough anxiety issues i dont need more.
First use, had multiple products in shopping cart, hit continue shopping and emptied my shopping cart. 😏🙄😮 second time, just put a couple items in, checked out requesting delivery. No delivery payment requested - like CanPay? No ability to write delivery notes? Appeared to have real time inventory check...
It's a FANTASTIC place with Amazing employees, but seem to be out of stock on a lot of choices and their website isn't regularly updated, but Always a pleasant experience. I would do 5, but their stock situation needs a little sorting out.
The app works in general, but it has several major issues. 1 - The ability to make a reservation for product online. 2 - The ability to view reviews in app 3 - The app refreshes if you navigate out of it to another app, forcing you to navigate through the slow menus. 4 - The specials should all be listed, and when you click on one it should list participating locations. Giving patients an easier way to see all promotions if they're willing to travel to other stores. Other than that, I like the app.
