When I got the app it sent a text that it was connected, so I went to start the app and it said the connection failed. WHY!?!?

Should say what kind of phone it is for before allowing download!
Need to be a Enterprise user on Truly's pricing plans which I imagine may cost over $100 per month. Not for the individual consumer
