EXTREME congestion during certain Parts of the day (for every Truly App I have used so far) and sometimes nothing loads or it crashes repeatedly. Still worth using though.
As soon as I made my account I hadn't even had it for a whole minute they banned before I even messaged anyone and when I reached out to the support they didn't respond and there was only 2 support ppl deah and signed everytime I requested I just kept getting those 2 ppl
One star because it's makes me mad,Why I can't verified my Facebook account to this app,I stuck always this problem/situation please do your part...hope as soon as possible you'll make an action for this problem
Forgot my password, tried to reset it but havent an email, ask for help from your support but can't help me out. Uninstalled app!
Since the update its been terrible , also red line at top of profile " profile details dissaproved please update or prof will not be shown" all because i put in bio , people who ask me to message them on hangouts not intrested, messaged support no reply and profile still not visible, its a joke , site is full of scammers.
Its so tirrible i cant join the apps.how many tym i make my accnt her but i lost the apps open then automatically back. To wer u started.its so disappointment.
So disappointing I just logged in few days ago but i could log in now I don't know what happened can you fixed my account to login back.
Unfortunately this has to be quite possibly the worst app I have ever download not only does it have the tendency to keep cutting of but also some of the functions do not work including video chat..may I also suggest that you are very weary of anyone who looks like they have made themselves at home here with bundles of photos including private photos as I have been scammed by one I've also noticed that sometimes the photos do not match the individuals so you may be disappointed..
App crashes after you view like 2 profiles almost everytime. It's pretty simple to use, but the search features could be updated and handled better. They should make you verify before a person can send messages. There are 4 ways to verify which is cool.. Fix the crashing and it's easily at least 3.5 stars.

Do not use this app . it's full of bugs and its not properly optimised . keeps crashing all the time , slow upload and download , can't cope with data . Video function doesn't work . support not availeble all the time , mostly by email only
A lot of good things about this app, it has potential to improve, I am a little bit confused by the notifications it sends when, the app tries to tell me I got a new message, because when I go to look for any new messages, I can't always find any, a bit strange I know.
Crashes constantly. It is an energy vampire at the highest level. Unstable platform. On those rare occasions you can actually get on the site you will find it is stacked packed and racked with scammers. For those that are scammer savvy this is annoying. They come at you like a tsunami and use the standard bag of tricks. Between the heartburn of the unstable app and the weeding thru all the mud to find a honest profile its not worth the time or money.
I can not upload photos, this application is very slow and often stops without cause and disappears so if I want to enter the application I have to start from the beginning and I have contacted the support team but there is no response at all

I hate that pricing is shown after you have signed up.
Cant log in to my account and when i try to reset my password, it still wont log me in. So cant cancel my subscription/auto rebill.. even though i havent used or been on my account for months..? And there no number i can even call to talk to about getting it cancelled so i just keep getting charged. Super frustrating.
Why this app always said "CONNECTION TIMEOUT" even if your still on line. And the browsing stop eventually. The filter setting never set, you have to fill it up again and again. 🙁
I warn you guys, this site contains a lot of lying girls pretending that they want to know and talk to you, and this is just so that you sign up for membership with money and then leave, or defraud you in another love site...
needs more payment options for subscribing. like google pay would be nice. after using the app 5-10 minutes it considerably lags and then eventually crashes. past those 2 issues the app overall is okay.
They development team on this app just needs to focus on app performance, its super slow and laggy. And sometimes totally unresponsive. Just optimize your app already!!
Amazing app!! I am so happy with this amazing app!! The free version has all the basic features. Will upgrade soon so I can message without a timer.
This is BS. One day the app just stopped working, it's just the splash screen and wouldn't continue. Cleared cache and made sure Internet connection was good which it was. Reinstalled the app but now I can't login. Keeps saying password is incorrect. So I reset it, it was successful. But it keeps saying incorrect password. I reset it twice now with the same result. What the hell is wrong with your app???
