Truma App
The entire Truma App has been enhanced and improved. The display has been optimized so that all important elements are shown on the start screen. There are also some new functions: For example, customers can operate their Truma appliances via the App simultaneously with up to four smartphones – Android, iOS or a combination. Truma iNet Box firmware can now also be updated offline.
Further highlights of the Truma App are two camping tools: Where is the best place for my vehicle? The Truma sun alignment helps select the right position and slot for the vehicle via a compass that shows where and when the sun rises and sets and where it reaches its highest point. And that's not all. The Truma App also has a vehicle levelling function to ensure that the caravan or motorhome is perfectly horizontal.
This App keeps all users up-to-date with Truma news and product information. Also, customers can get a fast access to user manuals, brief instructions, tips and how-to-videos of Truma products that they use. A further benefit: The integrated search tool allows authorised Truma dealers and service partners to be located very quickly. Still trying to get it working with just bluetooth. It connects find the TINS but then spends ages syching. It then does not hold the devices in the device manger. Looks great if it would just work !
Useful App (enables visibility of actual temperatures which strangely are not shown on the control panel), but since updating it keeps trying to switch to SMS (from BT) and losing connection so I have to keep stopping and restarting the App - I don't have (or want SMS control). I'm on latest Andriod.
I thought this would be a great app to level my caravan and take the guess work out of how many blocks to use... WRONG! It's rubbish the level doesn't move!! I've tried a digital level so I know it's not the phone!
Thanks Truma... Problems with Android 12 included failing to connect via GSM when away from control box even with 5 bars of signal... Truma support noticed an App error and showed me how to rectify.. All done quickly and without any complications. Revised to 5 stars.
Since the last software update the Bluetooth connection starts and then drops rendering the app useless. Disappointed as this worked very well prior to the upgrade.
Was a good app but now wants me to update the inet box and the Bluetooth button flashes for 1 second and won't connect to the phone, therefore making it no use at all, just another piece of additional weight in my motorhome, Not impressed.
Works well both with Bluetooth and with GSM via text. I use a GiffGaff classic PAYG SIM in the iNet box so texts cost 5p a time which last me months for a £10 top up. Don't try the 3-2-1 SIM as 3 only supports 3G and above while the iNet needs 2G. The way my AutoSleeper is wired means there is an iNet warning notification whenever the habitation power is turned off; to prevent this creating lots of texts I haven't enabled notifications.
Purchased a caravan with no working remote for the Truma aircon unit. Can't buy one in NZ or anywhere that I can see. Unsure if universal ones work, but I could use the ir blaster on a mobile just to set the temp but no... I can't even do that in freezing weather because truma wants you to buy an I net box too rather than supply an application specifically for their older units so people at least have tht option I'd pay for that app. So what do I do!? Freeze?
I use this app for years! Works always fine with my Samsung gs 10! Now with my z flip 3 it cant send Status SMS! Alarm SMS work from Inet Box! And yes i have reset my inet Box and reintialize the App!
Works well and like the ability to check the status and control most functions. Would be five star if you could also control the fan for ventilation as this can be done on the control panel, but not in the app.
Missing vent option. The app is simple and good however it is missing a vent option. It will be a good idea to enable setinf ventilation only option in the app
OK but aspects annoying. I don't understand why SMS settings can't be changed remotely. Means only one warning until I get to the van store. My life is such that could involve a 500 mile round trip.
Horrible app...I have a cooler that came with my Forest river camper and it keeps trying to have me connect to iNET box...my camper does not have an "iNET" box as it only has the cooler...online help is horrible as well...guess I need to contact Forest River and ask why my Camper didn't come with the Dometic cooler that was advertised and more well known...
Usless in Australia. After installing it tells you its not supported in Australia yet. will re-review when it is supported in Aust.

Hi Truma. The function used to be there where you could switch ACC on or off from the app even after leaving BT area. Truma technical UK have tried to assist and they also cannot get it to work and it still does not work on TIN2. If you can give me your email I can respond better.
Have tried off and on over a two week period to get this app to work. My phone picks up the I net box on Bluetooth settings but can not do anything else in the app have not been able to do anything else that the app promises. I have tried my wife's phone and also my daughter's I phone. All do the same thing. Disappointed
Doesn't work very well at all. First it won't connect, then it does, then it stops again. There is nothing worse than an unreliable app. We got this because we have a gas level device but it is quicker to pick the bottle up and give it a shake. If your thinking of buying one of these don't! Further issues it no says database for cylinder is out of date.....you couldn't make it up told by truma to uninstall everything, cache , data the lot you then have to reconnect with everything and guess what yep database still out of date. Totally useless device DO NOT BUY!
Good app. Have a question, how to control the LED lighting in the Aventa air distributor with the new release, cannot find the option.
Spent a day trying to update wouldn't do it. Changed phone update ok now won't find level control or phone. Was told this system was great!! Spent a lot of time and money on a system that does not work. Any advice?
The firmware update doesn't work so I cannot use the inet box
Just won't connect when you want it to and when it does you can't get to see the gas level until you reconnect the level control via Bluetooth......needs a fix for this then I might give it more star's......
Good app! Indoor & water temperature via BT in Status then will be perfect.
Big company but very weak app. Remote control default room temperature is not changebale. Status via Bluetooth shows only battery but not room temperature and water temperature. Alerts and faults are not resettable via app
The tool for sun alignment does not work at all. Leveling does work.
Waste of time! Tools can't get past tools set up.
Love this app
Updated previous disappointment with this one. Unable to use the sun alignment part if the tools section it starts off to calibrate the compass, then goes to the dial screen, then error message comes up to say no data available, this can not be used. I have taken screen shots but no facilities to download them. Tried this app on another phone and get same error message. Needs either sorting or removing from the app. The level tool works great.
