I downloaded this app so I could deposit checks during the epidemic. The instructions were easy, but I kept getting error messages when I tried to take picture of the checks. Apparently the images could not be read on their end. They certainly good from my view. The app will be gone after I finish this message.
Besides having access to all other features this app has to offer, I cannot, since the download of this app, view any of my accounts. They can only be viewed from the dropdown menu when you're not logged in to the app. Don't even bother uninstalling and reinstalling, it doesn't work. Very annoying, and very lazy for those who run the app, if even the engineers read these comments. The mobile convenience is not 100% satisfying. Also, I have the same experience using the website on the phone.
Don't know what happened, but I can't even log into the app anymore. I get an error and yes, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Same result. I can log in via browser though so I just think there's something with the app. Edit: 5 months later, still getting that error in the app. Actually deserves 0 stars since I can't even use it.
I've honestly had it with this junky app. No matter what I do, I can't seem to deposit checks using the app. Such a simple thing, you'd think they'd get it right. I've tried everything, I went out a specifically picked up black construction paper so the checks would have a dark background and it still doesn't work. UPDATE: It is really getting annoying that I have to authenticate every single time I log on. I see the need for it, but every single time? Get your act together.
This app was working fine until about a few weeks ago. Now I can only access my quick balance, because the account screen is just blank. I've uninstalled this app several times, hoping for an updated version to install but nope, still blank. Now looking at the last time this app has been updated, it's been 2 years!
This app has stopped opening, it's been months now. I've restarted, deleted, added, and it continues to not open. It used to work just fine. Very frustrating.
zero stars. the mobile website, too. and there is no option on either for the full website. focus on mobile banking should be a priority of all financial institutions in this era. The CU rewards app is even worse. I can say that this is the only negative thing I have experienced throughout my Trumark experience though. That and the hours 😉
Update 6/22/20-Thanks developer(s) for providing guidance on how to bypass the screen popup for access to quick balances by disabling the fingerprint login. Once I logged in with username and password I was able to use the app as normal so I stand corrected, the app is not useless and I appreciate you responding so quickly!
The app was always not great but now it just flat out doesn't work at all. It just freezes at a white screen on log in. It also hasn't been updated in almost 2 years so this isn't that surprising.
Into June now, app still broken with white screen after login. Reinstallation doesn't work. Any idea on ETA for a fix? There are other reviews stating the same issue in late May. Been using this app since it's been available, haven't had any issues other than currently.
The app is not optimized for android. It's basically an awful experience to use. App is very clunky and UI is a pain to navigate. Also this app and bank doesn't have Zelle, which makes it a pain to move money between banks.
The app was working fine, but now forces you to enter username and password each login. What happened to the biometric authentication? Gotta say, I don't use Trumark much because of how poor the app is designed.
I can't get over how long this app has been this bad. Now it won't open. All I get is an error connection page. And please don't tell me it's my connection, because it's not. What gigantic PIA this POS app is.
app doesn't work anymore. it worked the first few days I downloaded it now it won't show how much I have. the website doesn't show it either
I'm sorry but a year later and this app still looks like it's from 2008 and more importantly Google has had face unlock for a YEAR NOW and this app still doesn't support it. All of the other financial institutions I know of/use have updated not to mention other password protected apps, RIDICULOUS!
Wonky, old looking interface. Frequently down. I'll edit this if they ever make it better.
It was working fine, but now it not loading. Just first screen with credit union logo and that it. And same thing happening not only on my android phone, but also on Android tablet.
Stuck at opening screen. Won't move past it. Cleared cache and app data, uninstalled, reinstalled several times. No luck. Useless now.
I was okay with the app but now when I open it, instead of my accounts balances showing, it opens up showing deposits. I can't see my account balances.
Horrible! The check deposit feature is useless and does not work. I must have taken 50 different pictures of my check and it was rejected every time. This bank is prehistoric and needs to catch up to the rest of the world!
For the past week I have not been able to check my account. I get a blank white screen every time I log in. I tried deleting and reinstalling with no luck. Please fix i use this every day!!
App no longer working. All I get is a white screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. No change. Been using the app for quite awhile now, now this . Can developer please fix.

Not sure why all these people are having problems. Downloaded fine. Opened no problem. Saw my accounts and everything was right. Nice simple app that covers everything.
Pretty basic from what I've seen so far, but my accounts aren't fully setup so can't give a good opinion yet. Annoyingly doesn't let you take screenshots - please allow us to opt out of that
It is a good app, except electronic deposit is not working, reinstalling now, check picture taking takes practiice, green box is not proper line up to instructions, need to be much further away.
Edit: That verification text just about every sign in is very annoying! Why do I have to keep doing this? Still haven't fixed bio sign in either..its been months.
Trying to deposit checks gets more and more difficult. Even though the check totally fills the borders, the image shows a lot of blank background. And the message displays that the check cannot be read and try again, this time filling the borders. This has been an issue since the app was released and so much so, I am always surprised by one being accepted. I live in Florida so stopping by a local branch is not an option.
