Not helpful at all was hoping to get activation code on my phone but there is no room for that. I need an app so I don't always have to queue at the banking hall.

They won't send any activation code to help you to activate the app. It's so boring and unuseful. Please, if you care about your customers, do something about this app. Thank you.

So I wanted to believe in Ghana's banking system but i have been disappointed yet again. after installing this app, you asked for an activation code but you failed to ask for any form of contact to send me this activation code. please create an app your customers can use without frustration.

Hello GCB, pls you should work on this app for it to function well. When you finish working on try it on your phones to see is working properly before you put it here. Are we to go to GCB for the activation code or what?...how can you ask for activation code without first getting the contact number you wanna send it on. You can do better than this!

I just downloaded the app. It's not able to initiate and start up then it crushes.

It keeps closing immediately I try to open it.

If i am to the rate the app even negetive ten (-10 ) i dont think i will give this app. Waste of money and Data Of what use is the app if i cant get the activation code? Learn from Sister Banks eg ADB. GCB went digital before ADB, but they are more advanced than you today. Sit up.

I can not activate my gcb litepay

Gcb bank, why don't you develop an app for checking our account balance, sending cash to and fro btn mobile money and our bank account. The *422# sms system is not reliable, results in external app down errors mostly and its annoying. Internet banking is the trend now.

Excellent idea. Gud initiative by GCB let's all join hands to make it a success. Go cashless the smart way to go.

GET really what is it about rooted and Un rooted devices, the app I should saying my device doesn't support it cos it's a rooted device....u r app can't work with a Samsung device please please please u guys need to do something ASAP this is 2017 for God's sake u guys need to be serious

What is activation code? Where do you make an account? Does it work for international transfers? Very bad user interface, zero clarity.

I feel the time is due for GCB to get us a mobile app especially when almost all banks including rural banks are on it. The USSD code is ok but we need something different that could take off the stress of typing here and there. We need a GCB mobile app.

This app is totally useless. Whoever is in charge of this app must get serious with GCB customers. I don't have an idea on getting the so called activation code.
