I installed this app to block invasive ads and the first thing it did was ask for phone permissions. The second thing it did was tell me it couldn't operate without phone permissions. Why would this app that claims to allow you to disable targeted advertising need to know who you talk to on the phone? No idea, but it doesn't exactly give me confidence that it will help my privacy

Worse app I've ever came across! Too many ads pop up on my apps and even though I have attempted to take myself off the ads lists, they still pop up. I will be taken off any and ALL ads, or I will proceed with legal action!!!

Always crashes on Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 before trying to set anything. "Unfortunately, TRUSTe has stopped" when press Optouts or Interests on the Dashboard. Will there be an updated version soon so that I can set optouts and interests on my Tab 3?

To questions on why phone permission is needed: its because on most devices right now the phone app is responsible for carrying out things that can "change system settings" they go hand-in-hand. Not a big deal, trust me the phone is not working in kahoots with other apps to smuggle secret info about you. They don't have any more info than what was publicly available this whole time. Contacts permission is for "Share" feature, so you can send a download link to your friends.yuh paranoid weirdos.

Doesn't do anything. Probably just another app to get my information to sell since I have to allow it to access everything in my phone. I tried opting out of everything, yet when I go back to make sure I'm opted out, it refuses to save it and its pots me right back in.

I always had random ads popping out which is very annoying. I was redirected to this app to opt out, but after opting out, I still recieve ads.

even though this app wants phone permissions, i'm ok with that 'cause every app i have ever downloaded does this. this is useful when reading about each ad & how they steal & sell your info. to me, we are blind to certain things & this app does shed light on what really goes on when reading policies shown from each ad name shown within the app itself. the games we download steal info. i get spam calls all the time. that is my fault cause i downloaded a game etc but i just block calls on my phone

Doesn't really seem to help much. I can't get rid of Yahoo's long and very repetitive Ads!! I Absolutely Hate Yahoo!!!!!!😬😬😬😬😬

Downloaded the app so I could send advertisers and app developers less information about my life, yet the app immediately requests additional permissions into my phone. Never download!

Promises privacy in it's policy, but the app requires access to my contacts and no where states why. Fail.

i downloaded and installed the app and the first thing it asks for is access to make and receive calls?! very suspicious so i immediately uninstalled.

It's still a fresh app download. Thanks for a convenient preference to advertisments based on consumer rights.

This apps infringe your privacy rights. Why the hell this app ask for your phone number & want to have access to your (private) contact list 😡🤬?...

The tokens freeze on the app. Never did it before I switch phones...

tired of having ads forced down my throat that I don't need want have no use for which impedes on what I am trying to look at it says to me don't buy it they took from time pissed me off and now they want me to buy it most things are sold by word of mouth hows that thing works what did pay for it and they buy it not they force fed it to me pushed down my throat I better buy it

Had the adds I wanted off my preferences already waiting for me . Highly recommend it.

A grat app regarding privacy concerns to handle the relavent data smoothly.

They are just plain liars. They steal your information and sell it to all the websites especially Facebook!
