To everyone concerned about IBM seriously updating and supporting this app: Please click on the website icon indicated. Once there scroll down to some text that says "Support" and it has a downward pointing arrow just to the leftside of this text. Click it or touch it. You will be taken to another website. Once there scroll down to near bottom and click or touch the text that says "Contact IBM". At that website there is a form to message IBM about your problem. I did this on 4/8/2020 Wed.
I use Trusteer occasionally and appreciate the added security that I presume this app provides, BUT... I see it was last updated over TWO years ago. Even my Android 6 device says this app was built for an earlier Android version! Can I really trust a security app, or indeed any app, this old?? Will probably give 5* if IBM can convince me (or genuinely update app)!
Why don't you update this for app android? I use a tablet exclusively and can't access Weblink PW reset so the site is useless to and transactions have halted. It's a big deal since, as you know, most phones and tablets are on the Android platform. This is not a game. This is a business portal. I did not ask to use your software, I'm required to to access my funds and data. How long do we need to wait for an update? Do you not read the comments left on Google Play? 5/10/21- No change/reply
Last update was 2017, so I have no idea if this browser is still secure for accessing online banking or other websites given various issues, vulnerabilities and risks arose over the years for browser security loopholes or weaknesses.
Says no wifi connection on my Android 9 and support page url does not work? Disappointing as I use this app for banking on my Windows 10 computer. Not sure if there is any interest in this Android app from Trusteet?
it definitely keeps your account secure....to the point where I can't access my own business account. very frustrating!!
It work fine in my note 9.... no problems also it much fast and yes it secure when you online banking

Samsung Galaxy Tab3. Latest software versions.Android 7. Trusteer very slow to connect to configured sites (banks etc). I have paperless banking, but it apparently does not allow downloads or prints. What is the point of the secure browser if I have to go to a different browser to get my data? Or am Imissing something? At least latest version no longer reports Chrome as the wrong version. Still, I am trying to keep secure.
Never works now, rarely worked before and when it did it crashed every time. Can't access my banking app now as it never connects. Get it sorted i rely heavily on it.
Keeps saying OS is out of date. And its fully up-to-date plz fix asap. I will give a better review when issue is fixex

Good browser but could be better. Needs a bottom toolbar for tall phones. Needs an Exit button and Home button. Good work!

Says my OS is out of date, but is up-to-date, please fix app.
Soon as it's installed I get notification saying it was made for older OS. Last updated over 3.5 years ago. Its not safe to use applications that have not been maintained or updated for this long. Most likely there are numerous security issues. Guess they forgot that they made an app. Uninstalled
