We’ve made paying easy. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer or set up a direct debit from within the app.

Trustpower appreciate our customers are busy, we are now providing the ability for customers who are eligible, to reclaim their prompt payment discount upon full payment of an overdue amount.

Crashes every time I click view bill. Tried clearing cache, tried reinstalling app, nothing works. It used to work but no longer, therefore it's useless to me.

As a basic app I found it helpful and easy to use. But then we had a large storm and everything changed. The Trust Power app was near useless in regards to faults and power outages. Saying that there were no issues where l live for almost 12 hours and even after I managed to phone them. I was rudely told that they were too busy to update their app.. Why bother with this app?

What point is an app that hardly ever works, even when it does load it takes upto 10 minutes, most of the time it won't load though despite how long I wait Totally unreliable app

I wonder y there is lot of bad ratings, the app does the job, no issues with the app d/l or running. Provides detailed info of my power n internet usage with bills. App is lite and loads faster, hangs on phone with lower specs. Trust power rates are expensive compared to competitor but with freebies it's the same, thumbs up overall.

The app is really slow to open up, most of the time im stuck at the loading screen forever. It doesn't give you actual live usage for your power or gas like apps from other companies, the app needs some serious improvement. Not recommend using at all.

Great app very informative and easy to use and you can pay your power bill etc straight away and it's no drama. In and out fast n their wifi deals are cheap for unlimited data. I was lucky 2019 to join rd August as they were offering free whitegoods like washing machines TVs and refrigerators etc! OR they halve the wifi monthly charge by 50% less for first year (UNLIMITED!! DATA) . I have NEVER had an internet issue since joining luckily I'm on fiber optic but Trustpower are ALWAYS helpful.

It crashes my Meizu M5C phone when I try to start the app, ie it just stops loading up. The phone itself keeps working. It's based on Android 6 something. Sorry, can't get the exact number from here. It's a nuisance bec I have no way of finding how much data I've got left. The desktoo app doesn't say.

So far I've installed 6 times & uninstalled after being frustrated I was unable to open the app at all. I was trying on 2 different phones also. I've managed to open it this time but still tells me the same as webpage login, still on step 1 for power but it's been on since day after sign up? Also have gas & fiber with TP but I am unable to see anything about my accounts at all. 3 weeks after sign up.

Such a shame this app misbehaves. Takes an age to open the app and doesnt let me see my bill properly, only the totals for each utility. Otherwise has potential to be a great app. Hopeful the next update comes quickly and fixes these things.

Since the latest update, this app no longer loads on my phone. Was fine before update. Now it's just wastes my time. The care factor from support line is zilch. Haven't even phoned me back after I logged a job with them having spent about 40 minutes in the queue then speaking with someone who couldn't help.

What's going on with this app? Have always found app handy, but within the last few days, app hasn't been working. Keeps loading, then crashes. Used to work fine. Not any more. Frustrating!!!😱

App alone makes me want to change companies!. Doesn't load a solid half of the time! I'd like it to say when your next bill is due and also maby say how much you've been using through the month so you don't just have no idea what you've been using til the bill comes

Logs out on its own. Doesn't keep the account active. Time to get finger print scan option. Direct debit option through app would have been great. Even poli transaction will save some money for us.

Pretty useless. Only gives last months power, unlike other power companies which give hourly breakdowns. Also spends a lot of time loading, which pops up in a dialog, requiring you to wait even if you don't want what's currently being loaded.

User friendly but seems suspicious or behind-the-times not to show real time electricity usage. I know the Flick Electric app showed daily use and cost over the month which was useful for budgeting. Have no idea with Trustpower until bill arrives.

You need a lot of time if you are going to try and load this. I tried loading but once android smart phone, App would not recognise my account details. Tried several times over 2 days without success, so decided to resolve by ring 0800 number.2pm 15 Feb. waited 42 minutes to talk with human and while I did get a computer message saying initially 5 minute wait and I could request a phone back my experience with Trustpower is they don't always respond to this. After 42 minutes helpful lady said I, like many others, would have to change my Password to use their App - didn't say why and I cannot recall the promotion for App telling me to reset password. She did send me link and I am 'loaded', but so slow and of limited use as I get gas, Electricity and Broadband. 42 minutes wait! Do Trustpower not know they have competiton, and their broadband is one of the more expensive.

It's ok if all you want to do is find out how to pay your bill. But don't expect to be able to access any power usage figures even if you have a smart meter. All up it's pretty useless and a waste of time installing it

The app worked fine when it was just for my power but when I signed up for mobile and internet the app stopped letting me sign in. I’ve tried resetting my password and the login works on the website but not on the app. The online help was also no help with this issue.

Its the slowest. Takes like over a whole minute to just boot up👎 only can see monthly power usage except weekly. Get this app or whatever ya'll call it up to date, you's charge us alot for Fibre aswell. Arm and a leg to be precise 🤣🤣🤣

App won't load current bill. Just cycles through, opens up bill.pdf and then closes again back to app. Also, why not show more smart meter info, like genesis.
