The app and the website is not user friendly. They should really work on it considerering this is such a awesome product. I would really start working on it because something this small would make me go off the site in irritation!
I use to get this every month for a year... and now I want to do it again you no longer sent to Canada.. I've call customer service etc and I've sent emails and no response or reason why.. disappointed
It seems like this app is not set up for SA and my standing orders are not pulling thru. I agree just as frustrating as the website. Sad to say.
App appears very simple however I wish my subscription would show in the app and not just purchases made thru the app.
App is terrible it installs and all it tells me it is under maintenance and i cant even got to the logon screen.
Why can't I login into Truvy? The app keeps saying temporarily under under construction. I would like to order but I can't.🤬

Useless. No connection from online acct to app. Back office is unavailable as well as current orders. Uninstalling immediately.
