With TruWest Card Manager, you can:
• Turn your debit or credit card on/off. Easily lock and unlock your cards if they are lost or stolen.
• Get transaction alerts in real time. Customize alerts to help you monitor activity on your card.
• Set transaction limits and restrictions. Control how your cards may be used by adding spending limits, merchant categories and transaction types.
• Enable Location Match to increase confidence with your purchases as you travel. Your device location is sent to assist with transaction approvals.
Use this app in conjunction with TruWest Credit Union app to get the most benefit out of your card. For the TruWest Card Manager app, you will create a new username and password.

Hard to access. Crashes all the time. Always giving error 'cant access at this time.' Very frustrating to use. I have to uninstall then reinstall again. I have to use multiple phones to be able to access.
This app lets you set spending limits on your debit & credit card, get instant notifications when transactions are processed using your card, you can suspend your card entirely, and you can block certain types of transactions (ATM, International, Online, etc.) It even has a location match feature you can enable that will make sure your card is approved while traveling, as long as your phone is there with the card (using your phone's GPS). No need to notify TruWest about your travel plans!
Cannot approve or decline questionable purchases. You can only turn the card on or off. Edit: i cannot get into the app. The password change req was a 6 digit code and the OTP failed. I tried 3 times. What is going on with this system?
App has stopped working. Used to work perfectly fine but now it won't allow me to log in. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app but still having same issue.
Very basic when it even works. Most of the time I get errors trying to login or it doesn't save settings.
Lost my card. Login is the card number, not my account info. Truwest already makes it such a pain to report a card lost via usual means, and this is more of the same. What is the point of this app?
App will not let me login have uninstalled installed changed password restarted and it will not let me do anything i called bank and they are stumped...to the developer please help stayed on phone for 45 minutes trying to fix.just got frustarted
This is a pitiful excuse for an app! Why do I need two apps for one bank/credit union? I still can't request a max balance limit for the card itself. I will consider myself not enlightened as to increasing my limit WITHOUT calling but I would think that an app called "Card Manager" would have that function. Unless I'm corrected it should be called "Piss Poor Catd Manager."

Cannot get started..wrong user name error..even if you have 7 character..unable to use this app.
I have never been able to get this app to work. Always get an error message saying "try again later."
I like being notified anytime my cards are used. This app does that.
Truwest app is the worst. I cant even deposit a check via my phone.. main resin i wont make them my primary bank

Update 10/22/20 APP IS NOW WORKING 💪🏼 Apparantly bugs have been fixed. It didn't work all summer for me. (I was told earlier via a phone call that they were planning on fixing the app in late October and they must have because now on the 22nd it's working fine). It did not work for me up until they tweaked it this past week. Thank you! I love this app now. I will change my rating to a 5 star. Thank you. (Note 10)
