How It Works:
1) Check the Available Jobs tab to find jobs that fit your schedule
2) Review the Job Details, and click 'Accept Job' to add it to your schedule.
3) You can always view the details of your accepted jobs in 'My Schedule'.
4) When you have arrived at the Start Location on the day of the job, you will be prompted to 'Punch-In' at the Start Time.
5) When work is completed and you are released by the Contractor, be sure to
'Punch-Out' immediately.
Before you can begin using the app, we will contact you to confirm that you and your truck are approved to use the TRUX platform.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Having to take a picture of the ticket that's already in the system is ridiculous. Just have a spot to type the name of the person who accepts the load. It could be a distraction to the driver and could be dangerous if the driver is doing this while driving. I think they need to rethink how this app works Also keep get notifications for an update and there isn't one
Its very easy to use. The people you speak with are down to earth people. They dont forget about u when they hang up the phone from speaking with you. If you have an issue w/the app. to a billing question. They will call you back or e-mail which ever you prefer. As long as this app is up ill be on it. Its a money maker.
The app is really slow sometimes. We need to see all the information before ti puch in ( delivery location , customers, and the rate) before to accept the job And the amount that you are making by monthly like was before. And is very important get a notification for each schedule ( some message or small sound notification without having to check the app every minute.) Please work on it to do it more helpful.
TRUX App doesn't have a Print option, can't view the tickets uploaded & no ability to track the status of unpaid tickets/loads. The only indicator of problems is when no payment is received for tickets that appeared to have been successfully uploaded through the app. Make sure to take a screen shot/print of "Every Page" concerning Any booked Job, Load & Ticket.
Great app and has improved tremendously, 2 years working with this app and more to come.
The app it's causing me a lor of issues. Can't go on call. I think the apps managememt are customizing the jobs for whose they wants. Most of the jobs i have seen are from just one shipper. Vulcan . I had to increase my insurance to work with tryx app. But by the moment is not worthly enought.
The new app sucks. You can't see the miles or address's for the exact pick up & delivery location of job until you claiim it. Therefore you have no idea if the haul rate allocated for the job posted is profitable
Time consuming,knocks me out of the system when performing a completed load! Keeps asking to update the system which I have already done, system gets worse by the day. Do you actually read this and make adjustments? Or is this for not!!!!! This app sucks!!!!!
This app is not simple the writing is too small cant get to maps directions quick enough it is too confusing they send accesive alerts many things needs improvment
TRUX has come along way improving their app since we began 2 years ago. They have worked diligently solving any arising issues which has been brought to their attention. l would recommend TRUX to anyone looking for spot work, to fill gaps in dispatch. SPRENK Transportation
App is not loading at all. I have uninstalled and installed several times, I have turned my phone off. I have deleted my cache and have added a SD card and still not loading. HELPP
I see no need for trux to have access to anything in my phone , like camera, memory. Anything that is in my phone, you don't need access to. There is no logical reason you could give me either.
To many notifications twelve hours let's you know you have work but won't post it in your schedule. taking pictures after every load to much paper work while you're working
App was working fine and until this morning it refuses to load. Is anyone else having this problem? It just won't load. It stays on the loading screen.
My boss uses this app to send us our jobs that we are going to do for the day and to clock in and out for our work hours, it works pretty good, my hours are always accurate.
works sometimes. But it waste a lot of the drivers time taking pictures and stuff when the driver could be driving.
The app works great except once I assign jobs to my drivers the customer name doesn't show on their dispatch . How are drivers supposed to verify at scale house who the job is charged to?
It has been a nice and easy experience. I've had opportunities to contact work without issues.
You have to uninstall the app to update it. Very frustrating as a driver.

Great way to get work. My only problem has been inconsistent text notifications. I have to check the job board often to see pending work.
