Having just used the app, I can already tell that it perform well since the app takes a few seconds to load the dashboard and since going bqck to the previous page during a test brings you back to the dashboard, this is just ridiculous. Had a test where you had to install an app and after it was installed, no option to continue was given and the test just ended there. Would not recommend

It is great...when it works. It is a pain to launch tests on the desktop, and often do not work. The mobile app is better, but still buggy. Also, sends multiple emails/notifications for the same test, up to 10 together. Finally, 9/10 times the test is not available even if i click immediately. Userzoom works a lot better

Had problem on two tests. Completed them both. When I clicked on the finish button. It would go to another message, do you want to upload. The only answer was no. Not yes or no. It would then go to message. Do you want to cancel test? Yes or No. I would always select no but it go to upload question again. Seems like a problem with the App. Can't finished tests.

App has cost me a lot of time and money. It doesn't show you the time limit (only a running clock) so you have to know going in because TryMyUI will not pay for an incomplete test. If you hit the pause button that stops the test, but you don't have the ability to restart. But it ACTS like it's restarted, so you get to waste more time. TryMyUI will not pay. Then the video upload sometimes decides to fail. There's a useless retry button. Surely TryMyUI will pay some since it's their fault. NOPE!!

Very disappointed. They go out of their way to reject your tests after your spend ages on them both speaking and writing answers to questions. I was given just 20-minutes to make 3 graphic designs up using an app which I was unable to do because of the constant pop-ups trying to get me to pay for the app. Anytime I tried to use the editing features this message would pop up and stop me from using them. I answered several questions but won't get my $10 reward because I couldn't finish the test.

Really hard to get a test as it is first come first served basis. Sometimes you click 'take test' and by the time you enable the developer mode, the test is not available anymore, taken by another user (about 10 sec.). I think they should block the test for anyone else as soon as you clicked 'take test' and give you few seconds to prepare. Also, bigger Mgb tests will never load successfully and I don't think it is my internet the problem :) mine it is really fast.

This is the 1st testing site I was accepted into, and I have NEVER gotten a test that I was successfully able to get into. And I've had them for almost 8-9 months now. I have made hundreds of dollars on other testing platforms, but this one? NOPE!. I think the way it is set up is horrible, the recorder is horrible, trying to get in is horrible. Wish I could give it 0 stars but it insist I give it 1.

tried the app and it was fast and running very well. Tried to do my test but unfortunately, the app i was redirected to in play store did not open. it was always showing try again. Apart from that, the rest was just cool and easy to mingle.

Some issues here and there but overall works pretty well. I waited a very long time to be able to take my first test and almost deleted the app, about a month later tests started becoming available a lot more frequently. Payment are quick.

I'm trying to sign up through the website and the email varification is not working. I tried 2 different emails and I don't get sent nothing, and yes I checked on spam and there's nothing. Through the app you can't create an account it will just ask you for account info to log in and the other option is to test with a unique code which it asks you for a test code. Who knows what's the test code if you want to create an account. Please anwser me.

Just finished my first test, took me several hours to complete the configuration of the recorder because my phone needed additional permission to allow the test to start besides the developer mode and screen pointer. Worked it out in the end app has its flaws but makes the job. Maybe we should do a whole test for the app itself, send it to me!

Such a pain! I simply can't download any test files they send me, whether I use laptop or android device. It always say this type of file cannot be opened, search playstore for an app or whatever but then it takes me back to this app which can't open the test file anyway. Same with laptop, it downloads but never opens. I've only been able to complete 2 tests since I became a tester here. That must have been a miracle. I've reported it several times but not really has been done.

Annoying. I'll stick with other UI testing platforms that don't require me to be subscribed to email notifications on order to have an account because i can't drop what I'm doing when i get an email and do a test, and when I'm ready it's gone. Make the notifications optional so we can log in and wait for tests on our own schedule.

Unless you answer the notification immediately, you dont get many tests. Ive answered, literally, within 10 seconds of getting a notification, several times, only to be told Im too late. Ive taken, I believe three tests in almost 5 months, and thats not from a lack of trying.

this app can be a little buggy on my Android, but generally if I tap around I figure out what to do and I'm learning to successfully complete tests on my phone. try my UI is a very nice company. they are always making improvements to their system.

Does not update any information about tests or anything. It always has the same screen with a video that I have seen several times. Not nearly enough tests. Total waste of time just to get 10$ a week because there aren't any test available

The "pause" feature is horrible. It does not pause the test. It instead ends it midway through. I've mistakenly tapped it several times losing out on tests I've wasted time on. PLEASE fix this feature soon.

There is no support for testers. Testers, not customers, are the backbone of this type of business. After submitting my qualification test, almost a week later, they haven't reviewed it. There is no way to contact them as a tester. The sales side is heavy. The support side for testers is almost non existent. The phone number provided is for sales only. It is even difficult to email them as a tester. There are several alternatives out there for professional testers AND clients.

More than half of the tests I have done have been rejected with a generic email message, even though I followed the instructions exactly. Trying to call them I get a busy signal and I'm waiting on a reply from a support ticket on their website. From my experience, there are better companies to do user review tests for. Don't waste your time with this company's unless you like to be frustrated and give them tests for free

Don't get me wrong, the experience was fine, did a survey on my note 10+, for a company called wellocks. All went well, what I found strange is that I had all my feedback from the test within 10 mins of completing. Usertesting, which I use all the time takes a few days. Well even though I completed all my tasks and spoke clearly, it was rejected. I feel that they will take your surveys, and not pay out, so they get rejected and enjoy your free labour. Trust pilot says it all about these people.

It is a waste of time. This is the second test that I can't upload. After the first one, about a week ago, I sent a message to support telling them that the upload would not get over 25% and they have not replied. That test never uploaded. Today, my test is at 11% uploaded and it has been there for at least 15 minutes. After all efforts to make a great feedback, this is very disappointing.

The recorder doesn't work the last 2 tests i sent in got rejected and I was only told "black screen only" and there is no information on how to fix it

The experience with this test site is fascinating and exhilarating also you get to learn things new things as you are trying to help customers with their website it's a great experience and if something goes wrong they give you the opportunity to retake it

It's a bit hard to catch the tests since they're only available with such short notice and on a first come first srve basis but when ur lucky enough to begin one it's a fun thing to do for a little extra cash in ur pocket. And they really do pay u , quickly too!
