The new updated version I can tell lays down a beautiful foundation for the much awaited features to come. It is such an awesome feeling to have been patient all this time, and then to now finally seeing Tryp begin to bloom.
I like the option that I get to pick my favorite driver because I feel safe traveling with a driver that I'm familiar with on a daily basis. And If anyone needs a (refered by code) simply type tylerdrive when you sign up on the app.
Unable to even open app, doesn't load. Customer service is USELESS, gives introductions to load out of the app on all platforms and I've never even create an account! Uninstalled.
I talked to a lot of people and everybody is just excited about it and can't wait to get this started it's going to help everybody make more money and save more money at the same time tryp looks like it's designed to help the economy and I think that's the best thing for everybody thank you for being there let's go TRYP
Wow this app is awesome so easy to navigate and I like the fact that I can request the same driver as many times as I like I have a friend who is in a wheelchair and this company offers wheelchair accessible vehicles so dope go tryp....☺
App does not open. I was an influencer for tryp and recruited 88 riders since Dec but in May after sending 3rd inquiry as to why my 2 recruits were not showing up I was sent an email by Art the head of tech support saying he could see I was not happy with tryp and would send me a refund which I explained I did not want but was sent one anyway. My influencer status was removed and all recruits transferred to my sponsor so I was ripped off and have been ignored ever since by CE0, Art & management.
The app keeps freezing and it won't work. I've uninstalled multiple times.
This is an awesome app. Very intuitive, I love the no surge pricing and I get paid for sharing the app.
It appears to be scam yesterday was working today didn't open ... I'm wander how many drivers in NYC pay the rregistration fee to them and how they will operate withvno TLC licence ..i was checking the ptice but i didn't see any riders or drivers on the street ..lposted 24/1/2020
I'm with one of the founders and we cant install the app past email. Please fix this. Thank you.
currently broken, does not take a start location, nor destination location input.
Live in Miami and the app doesn't have any rides shown and shows no price. It's useless
Great app. Tryp is a start up but has great plans to improve the Rideshare industry!
Trash app. More expensive than uber Lyft. Long pickup times and driver complained he has to pay use app. Shady shady.
New experience in Ride share! More safety features for both rider and driver ! And a referral program!
I'm surprised its actually easier to use the the 2 big rideshare. I'm happy!
app runs too slow. i never got a chance to order my ride.
the app is still very faulty, not enough drivers to give rides in a market is a concerning excuse.
App will soon be running smooth when tryp makes it to your location currently its only in maimi guys..

real passenger review nyc. hot garbage. had to enter card sevral times.then found no drivers.....website says they are not in nyc. why van i even try in nyc.....basura

Lets' improve your login process. I have nowhere to enter your "code #". And what phone # can I ask a real person questions to? These glitches', are a downfall. I have verbal questions' to ask. In fact, I should have read more reviews' b4 installing. It is good that this isnt faultless.

It won't let me srcoll down so I can put in my email address so I can register, and the company keeps sendin me back my text wit generic replys that have nothin to do wit what im dealin with. Not empressed.

Awesome app! Love the share with a friend feature that allows you to make income. Im telling all my driver friends,passengers and friends/family. Love the saftey feature of being able to choose your favorite driver. Also the rewards for sharing the app are the best I heave seen. Looking foward to getting/giving rides in Tucson Arizona when the market opens.
