TSN GO

Ok. I like that I can get highlights and features when I want and dont have to wait through 45 min of Leafs coverage to hear about anything else. Customize scoreboard - like. Major flaw is with TSN corporate deciding to not provide any coverage/promotion of the CPL. Sometimes video clip attached to article has nothing to do with the article other than it's the same sport- very annoying. They've added chromecast so that's a win for me. Radio player cuts out frequently, even on high quality wifi.

Looks like I'm canceling. Don't waste your time or money on this app. Maybe if every page didn't have a thousand ad banners it wouldn't be so slow and choppy or constantly crashing. When it does work, the only time it's not choppy is during commercials. And the developers don't care. They just claim the problems are on your end. Meanwhile literally every other streaming service works perfectly fine.0 stars

Not a fan, most videos won't play on my phone, can't find the videos I can see on my phone on the computer to watch, the app on my XBox One freezes and the selection of videos is extremely limited. Ads! Ads?! Are you kidding me? If I'm paying for a subscription I shouldn't have to sit through up to four back-to-back ads

Disappointed! I pd for one day subscription and the video quality was poor from the mobile app but the commercials had better quality. I was watching ncaa finals and it kept kicking me out while I was watching, throughout the game and I lost count!! And, the same error kept popping when I tried to go back so I missed some parts of the game!!

I pay for a TSN subscription, but won't renew without app improvements. The video player in the app is really poor for an android user. Have to stop video to reply to a text. No rewind feature. Even the UFC app can figure that out. Glitchy and slow app. If you chromecast it there are often problems.

Trying to sign into my Xbox with this app has been a nightmare constantly drags me in circles asking for the activation code rather than letting me use my credentials. Also the tsn app is on a very limited amount of devices eg. Phone, tablet, Xbox one. If bell didn't have a monopoly on sports in this country this app would go under.

In this day & age a streaming app that doesn't provide pause & rewind capability is severely lacking. While you focus on sizzle like 5G viewing, you're not providing the steak of basic streaming functions. I don't know if I will however I have considered not renewing my subscription when it next comes up as a result of this.

I have this app on my Samsung 65" curved 4k tv and it is on point! I disconnected my cable because I have all the streaming apps and all I needed cable for was the sports and this app did not disappoint! Even the commercials are in 4k. Anyone that complains about this app for the "ads" clearly has never had cable. It's tsn live so yeah, there is commercials. And you wouldn't have to Chromecast if you had a good quality tv, so you really can't blame tsn. 5 stars all day long from this lady.👍👍👍

Videos won't play. Tried on two devices. Both just say "Playback Error. Internal Error". I suspect it's due to my whole house ad blocker. I already pay for the service, why are there ads? Also, default state of the app is to spam you with notifications about sports you never even knew existed. Not worth it.

The only thing that Always works on this app at the bloody ads. Restarting it 20 or more times to watch 45 minutes of steaming is an indication of how poorly this app performs. If it wasn't part of my TV package I'd drop it in a hot minute. I've looked thru alot of the reviews here and have seen 0 (zero) response from support. Well done /s

This App could be GREAT but it's very lackluster... For 19.99 a month it isn't as good as cheaper ones. How this app isn't available on Sony Smart TV's is pretty ridiculous and it's not very easy to stream/cast from my new Dell laptop to my new Sony TV.. I love TSN and am going to keep it hoping it gets better, but if it messes up during Game 6 tonight, I'm out😔

I'm hate that TSN has the majority of the NHL games and still no app available for Smart TV. The screen casting quality that comes from this app removes almost all viewing pleasure from wherever game you might be trying to watch. You'd better hope the game doesn't go into overtime because the app will glitch and stutter until you give up and just wait for the replays too be available somewhere else

Won't load on my tablet. Hard to find search. Help hard to get. Feels like a waste of $20. Problems continue. The difficulty navigating this Ap cannot be understated. It needs more work. Additionally, it is disappointing to not be able to watch games or events which have already started or those already completed. It really is just live TV on some devices!

Always crashing and laggy/buffering. If it wasn't free through my TV provider I wouldnt use it. I only try to use it as a last resort, but usually just settle for highlights later on TV

Nice to have tv if your on the road so I'm happy with the app. Only issue is connectivity. Does buffer quite a bit sometimes however that could be a wifi issue causing that for me who knows. All in all a nice tool for people like me who always on the go!

Often the streams will cut in and out, or take long to buffer. For some reason works on my phone but not on my computer. Some trouble casting streams. Streams will work but then come with an error message after a few minutes.

Typical Bell product, frustrating until the end of the learning curve then just inconvenient. Seldom provides the whole story up front and is unforgiving for user not knowing. There are some glitches to which they don't seem to respond to via email.

Commercials are so LOUD in on demand programming. Please fix this issue. It makes watching anything on the app very frustrating. The commercials also stall and take forever to load when using Chromecast. Not a good app experience overall.

Not impressed I pay for this app just for nascar since I don't have cable. How convenient they broadcast this week on ctv and if you don't have cable you can't get into that app. Very pissed off at this nonsense. Why do you need to have multiple channels playing the same program and broadcast on another app that us over paying for your app in the first place can't access the content we pay for.

Paid to stream games. Complete waste of money. Would not recommend, would not even Watch from this "streaming service" if it was free. Unbelievable that people are selling this.... Samsung tv doesn't have apps for it, found a work around. Only the app freezes every two mins.

Watching live games (with a subscription I pay for) is absolutely horrendous, the connection to the server disconnects several times a game. Total garbage app and streaming service. Sadly I have no other options. Words can't describe how much I hate this app and service

Worst streaming service known to man. Won't even let me log in to the app with the exact same credintials I just used to log into the website. Streams constantly buffer. No option for casting. For the price of the subscription it would be expected that the app is half decent

Good when it works but multple drop outs snd freezing when operating with chromecast make this very annoying. There are 4 of us at home with this app on different devices. Same issues and we only use 1 device at a time.

Was a great app until latest update. In app works fine but will no longer cast to my television since update. It was casting fine for months and months. Unsure why updates even need to happen most of the time. It was fine, bring back the last version please or I will be canceling this subscription.

Horrible app and complete waste of money for a year fee. I live rurally and the only way I can get TSN is through satellite internet. No app for TV via fire stick or Roku. I don't rqte any apps bit this is a extremely frustrating exception! Dissapointedly yours,

Very unreliable. I have tried this app on 3 devices. It constantly fails to start casting. When it starts it sometimes randomly stops. Very frustrating when I am getting into the game.

I purchased a 1-month subscription to watch a specific NHL game, which was not blacked-out in my region, and TSN Direct was advertising as available for streaming, however, it cannot be played once you have a subscription. What an overpriced waste of money.

Love being able to watch sports while away from home. Generally works very well. Recent update - for the last several months the feed on the app is frequently garbled
