This app is a good baseline but needs improvement. I rated 5 stars based on the function of it as it should theoretically pay for itself and save me lots of time in research. However, it is very bland with no features.
Fake Free Trial. I went in to get a 3 month free trial as it was advertised within the app and once I clicked Subscribe it now said 31 days. I canceled immediately.
Their team is on point. Everyone lost money in 2020 because of the C word but they navigated me to some gains. I don't know why some ratings are saying they lost money because if you follow it to a T, you've made a nice amount over the years. And no I'm not being paid to say this. I just know FUD when I read it.
TSP Tips is fairly useless. You will get better results if you just never download this app and just put all of your money in a late L fund or just 100% in the C Fund or better yet, a mix of the C/S/I funds. If you google "I subscribed to TSP Tips so I could backtest it. Completely unsurprising results inside." you'll see a good analysis on Reddit for the performance of the service.
Absolutely horrible, I was up most of the year managing myself started following once I joined. I have lost $20000 since I started following the advice seems to be a day late and a dollar short. So disappointed even after my friends convinced me to go to it for several years. I will be canceling this week. I should have known when the social media site sucked only 95 people liked it nothing been active on it for 5 years the website is horrible.
Awful customer service. Stuck in this auto contract and service with no way to get out. I tried 3 emails, still no responce.
great service but keeps giving old recommendations for interfund transfer.

Is only free for 24 hours while you open the account then you need to sing up for monthly payments. Spams to your email 24/7 DO NOT DOWN DOWNLOAD IT WILL SPAM YOUR EMAIL
Working fine so far. Weekly summaries up to date. Can't wait for an account tracking feature so I don't have to have a separate app for it.
Much better interface than the Apple store version. Been subscribed for almost a year. Recommend this for sure
The app is not reflecting current recommendations. The most recent market summary showing up is from the end of Nov.
This app periodically forgets my subscription and the developers absolutely never responds when I email them. It's impossible to stop the $60/year auto renewal too (tried canceling with them two years in a roll).
