Previously it worked very fine without any issues, From Feb second week While trying to open the app for ticket booking, it automatically re opens itself repeatedly. Now unable to use the app.
This app is not working fine, I've selected the seat and continued to payment, I've selected the payment mode, It throwed an error, so again I tried booking, but those seats are showing as booked, I had to select other seats.
Unable to complete the payment due to some 'hash' error. Could not succeed even after several attempts. Another issue is that, the selected seat remains unavailable (or considered as reserved), even if the reservation fails.
Unable to open the app at all now every time the app move to app opening and not able to book the TSRTC bus tickets. Please fix this issue ASAP.
The app seems to have developed some bugs. Every attempt to login is ending up with the, "Invald User name or password" message. Done the reinstalling too. My user access credentials which are "valid" on the website are rejected by the app as "invalid". Had to change my password more than 5 times since yesterday as a result. It's frustrating. Informed the TSRTC Customer Care too. They are neither aware of this issue nor inclined to acknowledge that there could be some problem.
Always shows error when re directed to payment page. Worst app ever. Technically it should improve bounds and heaps. If the technical team is not able to handle the app, please allow booking from Paytm or any third party apps. FYI when booking I have a good mobile network
I have uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times but it still does not allow me to login with user name and password. Never received an OTP for the same though mobile number has been updated correctly in the portal. The funny part is that I am able to login the web portal without any issues. TSRTC...Plz fix these issues with the mobile app. I am also not sure if any one tried to reset the password using this app.It will trigger an email with the password link but the ink will be redirected to google page.
Hi, I opened the app to cancel a recently booked ticket. The cancel ticket section in the app should ask 3 details, i.e. Ticket number, UID and phone number. But the page is showing only 2 fields, i.e. ticket number and phone number. There is no field for UID, but it is asking me to fill it compulsory. Hope you fix it soon.
Needs improvement in Ticket booking channel. Most of the time when i am trying to book the tickets pages gets error out and sometimes page is still loading. Performance wise not good. Am also agree with the other reviewers my friend lost money it is not returned so far.
If you are not interested then why this application for us? Please enable us the app features like village to city booking. It's CLOUD TECHNOLOGY based app then what is the use? if it is not having full features. I am not able to book my ticket from my village Sattupalli to Hyderabad but I can book it from your TRRTC Busstand why this is happening? LINKED to AbhiBus is there any B2B business between you and don't want to give a good service at all???
We can give this transport department a best name instead of TSRTC OFFICIAL... So, called worst services everπ, irritating drivers, unhealthy cleaners, null knowledge for ticket reservators,nill service capability, unfit buse's includes everything seats or whatever within the so called bus ππ. Sorry no more words within this price range we can opt other private services. it's waste writing a review on this app. But had to.
This is worse app I ever seen, never work promptly, I requested OTP almost waited 3 and 4 hours, till now it has not been received, I have given another number, same problem it is like government organisations where regularly we face alot of problems, nobody cares about it especially TSRTC, as usual they never care of passingers, you see I have changed my password still it is showing error, if these governments govern we face same problem in future too.
The app has so many bugs, while searching for bus and also during payment it either crashes or gives a blank screen. Even when tried booking tickets through google chrome from mobile faced the same issue during the payment section.
I have booked 3 tickets but I didn't get any messages or mail .I got the message that money was debited.But they no response from Queries and refund many times I call to queries they is know response from them. I'm not satisfied with this app. Even I don't know when my money get's back. Worst service I have never ever seen.
No response at all for our queries,refunds. I hate this app. I booked the ticket but I didn't receive any message or mail. But i got the message that the money was debited. Then I sent the mail and contacted the tsrtc ,there is no response at all
I'm unable to login to the app. It stating every time while tried to login even after changing my password several times... Could you please solve the problem as soon as possible
1 STAR IS ALSO BIG ENOUGH FOR THIS SERVICE. I can guess why RTC is in loss bcz of this app. I'm trying to book tickets. Almost all the payments tried nothing worked. CIDIT CARD , DEBIT CARD WITH Visa and Master card nothing is working. Thowing error as payment unsuccessful. Beauty of this app is seat reserved during payment, once unsuccessful attempt still seats are occupied which means no available seats, I'm from telangana my bad luck I don't have second option only TSRTC. Bad service.
Booking went well. Thanks. But need changes in payment section. It is difficult to know your terminology there. Instead EBS, HDFCxx you can say Cards. And also add UPI,Paytm as options.
WORSTapp.. When I booked tickets for my journey,payment successfully message will appear few minutes later u will receive a message that ur booking is cancelled, money is transferred with in 2 to 14 working days... And website god don't ask about that very slow... I tried three times.. For three times my account has been debitted... But refund message is only two times... Better don't book through TSRTC... ACTUALLY WORST IS SMALL WORD FOR DISGUSTING SERVICE
Worst app and service, bus not arrived even after 1 hour, and don't get any contact details of bus driver/conductor. At last I travelled in another bus by paying money, and contacted customer for refund for the ticket I booked, because the issue is with them. They said false things that bus arrived on time, and driver contacted me. Such a worst bus service ever
Error- "Failed to generate ticket, invailed payment gateway response received. " I have reinstalled 5 times and also picked all payment methods. Still no luck!!!! Had to use private buses to book my travel.
Not able to make payment through app. Always showing error. I had bad experience with this app. I tried to uninstall and then install the app. But still the same problem persists. please fix it.
While entering mobile number and password it's shows as already registered,after resetting password also it's showing as invalid user details,tried multiple times.. honestly my time wasted in this..better I look for another way to book buses.
Worst.. Login Never works. I don't know why this app is still in playstore. What good does this do if you can't login. Earlier reset password doesn't work they fixed and now this.
I tried booking my tickets yesterday night for early morning journey, my money was deducted but there is no confirmation on tickets or service number. I went to TSRTC office showed my transaction I'd they say tickets weren't booked possibly because of technical reasons and when asked for refund she says we don't have proof when transaction OB reference number itself is proof that my money is deducted. No response on email and phone number doesn't work.
