I was considering purchasing the translator that uses this app Downloaded the app, and you first see a blank screen with TT at the bottom. Then the screen goes dark and you just get something in Chinese flashing at the bottom. Can't open anything or do anything else, so uninstalled. Waste of time, and as always...That is the truth.

This device is not what is been advertise .... it has problem when you talk and the reply you are getting is not what you see on the add videos... very disappointed with this purchase

It not works on Android devices, just shows intermittent Chinese letters.

I have used the device with this app and it works pretty well believe it or not, I was shocked. This translation app is on par with Google translation, I assume its using the same translation engine that Google uses. The only NEGATIVE is there is a software bug that makes your phone unresponsive and reboots everytime your done using the app...to fix this problem, you must force close it. I have use this on a Note 8 and a S8+... As soon as your done using the device with this app, don't forget to force close not just exit and close the app.

Will Not Connect via Bluetooth and then it won't shut down normally and has to be forced to close

App does not connect to the translator device. The "waiting for connection" bar stays red and nothing happens. I have tried everything in the manual as well as the "help" section of the app. Please offer a solution to this.

For the money I paid for the translator this app needs major improvements! Hope they read these reviews. When it works it does a great job. Connection is the failure most of the time.

Will not translate sometimes in manual mode. Can't delete previous translations. They need to fix this app.

Doesn't do anything. A red bar flashes above the text, "Waiting for connection," and nothing else happens.
