The app worked perfectly fine 7ntill the last update on the 21st now it wouldn't open on my phone, tried clearing the cache etc but nothing seems to help

I am satisfied with the level of service that the application and developers provide. I was extremely spectical at first but most of the drivers were polite and made great conversation and some was quite. I have almost never not gotten a ride unless in a very remote area or very early in the morning. That's my only reason for removing a star. Otherwise the new sercurity measures and application updates are incredible and I hope they continue to pride themselves on the level of quality.

Very convinient but has a few flaws I've used this app quite a few time and I must say it is very convenient and has fair fee. I also like that they have a profile of the driver which is very useful and definitely makes you feel more safe. But I was having trouble connecting my credit card. It said that my credit card was verified and I made sure to specify before I started the ride but when it ended the driver said he wasn't getting my information and I didn't see any history of that later on.

The service has been good so far but the functions for adding drop points is still faulty and none of the stops I selected came up for the driver to see resulting in us going in the opposite direction of one of the stops. While it is not the driver's fault at all I am very sure the distance and time of the error would cause an increase in the charge. I'm sure the amount would have been small but you all need to get this fixed.

TTRS drivers pick and choose based on cost. it is not as the service suggests, always reliable. When chat support is contacted they regurgitate rhetoric about safety. If I get picked up from the same location to go far how come safety is an issue with short drops! Chat support has improved and genuinely resolve issues. One should report everything that happens on a ride so that the service will be a dependable transport option.

It's a great service oncs you get a driver. Other times, drivers have accepted the request and cancel it 10 minutes after I'm waiting for them to arrive. Of course after that all drivers became unavailable and I'm seeing at least 5 more cars on the map in close proximity to where I am and where I'm trying to go. But if I cancel a ride, I have to pay an extra fee? LOL

I really appreciate the service, especially with the upheaval of Uber. That being said, I have some concerns. I've noticed a change in the drive time of a route that I use frequently, and the main reason I use the service. The drive usually takes between 7&11 minutes at a moderate speed, even at posted speed limits. Said route time now states 17 minutes when I do a ride estimate. . In addition, it seems as if the drivers are now adjusting their speeds downward in order to accumulate drive time, thus an increased fare. Said 7 minute drive has taken 14 minutes on at least 2 occasions since. If this is in fact what is occurring, it is quite a dishonest practice. Also, I generally try to provide the exact fare, based on the fare estimate. If for some reason I don't, the drivers generally don't have a float, thus don't have change. This creates a very "ticklish" situation when you have already arrived at your destination. Lastly, (for now), you (TTRS) ,stated in August 2018 that electronic payments would come on stream in a few weeks. This would still be handy, eliminating the cash issue.

I've been using this company for a while now and it comes in really handy. However today I experienced a malfunction that kept changing my destination despite my efforts in changing it back to the original. I even deleted the location it kept switch too but it still switch back however I was unaware of it until the pick up when the driver began to make a wrong turn.

Used It for the first time yesterday. Got a driver within 3 minutes because she was in the area and saw another was close by (20 mins). Had a positive experience with my driver. My only issue is I cannot verify my profile due to the app saying my camera is inaccessible and I've given the app permission so I don't know what's up. I contacted to get help but they weren't able to solve this issue. I know that being verified is important so I hope I can get some assistance with this.

I used the app on a daily however this is the second time I've been charged twice. My card is linked to the app and the app east not working so the driver had to reset his phone. I paid the 25 in cash only to find out I was still charged from my account. Need to say, I think it's time to take a break or try someone new

Third use is the charm. The App is a failure. Connecting on Facebook failure. Email failure. Not being able to contact anyone directly is the icing on the failure. Really trusted in the service. For anyone visiting TT for the first time or just had a bad experience with personal drivers who have not picked you up on time or at all this is the app to have. Make sure you have $TT cash and you will get where you need to go. I've had a great experience for the 3 weeks I've spent in Trinidad recently. You won't find a more economical transportation solution that takes you directly to your destination. Maxis are good too.

First instance of me using this app. I booked a ride the person accepted. I started preparing to go out my house and then when I checked back, they'd canceled. Turned me off, instantly. Hardly cars in my area as well.

Terrible Terrible Terrible... the opt option doesn't work... I dont.know what happened but the app requested that i login/sign up again. Did exactly that and upon hitting send it told me that my email is already connected to the account. Tried to log in and it state that my email isn't registered with any account... this needs to be fixed. Hoping that this can be fixed soon so I can adjust my review 19/09/2019 - Updated to three stars for good customer service

It started off really great then a lot pf the drivers had to make stops before coming to pick me up. I wish they would accept rides when they are available not when they have something to do first. If I wanted to wait so long, I'd just take maxi.

Good service, so far most of the drivers are professional and courteous. Waiting time for a driver is a bit lengthy in some areas. I find that some drivers accept rides when they are not ready, which poses an inconveneince at times.The fares are reasonable once traffic is in your favor. The service is good but there are some issues to be worked on.

The service is far from reliable, as it takes more than 30 minutes to get a driver on any given day at any particular time. Although it notifies the rider that all the drivers are currently busy, there are usually many vehicles on the map at rest and near by.

So far so good, all my cars have arrived within 10mins- I'm not missing Uber as yet! This was right up until, I wrote the review.... Though the service is great when cars are available, I realised most drivers don't want to make the "long" journeys, so if you're travelling out of town, you may have to wait an hour or 2- hopefully this improves once you get more drivers

I am extremely disappointed in the number of times I have requested drivers and they're never available, then I have to try for hours until a driver becomes available. Many times, the app shows that drivers are available and yet still, they don't take the ride for whatever reason. Fix this!

I heard about how good your service is so I downloaded the app yesterday. I gave my number in order to get the text message with the confirmation code, got it and completed the sign up process. Now I keep getting the same text message every few hours since then. Please fix this or tell me what to do because it is driving me crazy.

the app itself is easy to navigate. the practical experiences lives up to its 'hype'. the drivers are professional and their vehicles are comfortable. overall, 5 stars!
