The app doesn't work on my Samsung Note 10. The light will not connect, and I allowed the location and everything else. The app was last updated back in September of 2018. Can someone tell me what to do to got the light to connect with the app. Also sometimes when I refresh the app to see if it worked it turns off my Wifi on my phone.
Never Works, the app will connect with the lights maybe 20 % of the time and it is very crucial to be able to adjust and even power these lights. So disappointed!
app does not load or open, just flickers non stop. Why does a fish tank light app need to make and manage phone calls? Why does it want to access my location? Is this app just trying to steal my personal information?
app sucks. does not connect. brand new lights cant connect or config them. I did accept it on first install. still never connects.
Works good now, when first came out had problems, but all works just fine now( mostly) aquarium lights work great, enjoy setting this timers through app
Cant get the wifi to connect? Using my samsung s10+ doesnt work.
It's always having connection issues, and I'm always having to restart my phone, re-adding my wifi, etc. It was great for almost 2 years, but now it's problem after problem with this light and app. Now, the app is always asking me to sign in/register every time I open it. Every. Time. This app is garbage, and has a terrible interface as well.
