This app is a decent account tracker, but the password reset is a nightmare. I had to make a new account because it would not accept my new password nor would it send me a new security key. Unacceptable! Edit: this app has been updated to make your card and mobile banking into separate apps without telling you. This just went from 2 stars to 1 star.
I like the app I would like it to update faster, and I would like to be able to cancel certain transactions that I believe don't need to be on my account like fraudulent transactions without having to shut off my card or ordering a new one. Thank you for your time. but other than that it's a OK app. it could use a few more cool features.... ~Ashley King~
I can no longer receive notifications on transactions. It's the only usable feature of this app that was extremely important! It seems as though the last update killed it. I've even emailed the developer and have not had any response. It would be really nice to have it working again!
I absolutely LOVED using this! I was excited to finally have a local credit union app that's with the "in-crowd" but when I updated my phone... I began getting an error about "verify apps" and can no longer use this app. I've followed all instructions I can find. I am upset. ugh!
This app used to be good. Then they updated it. The fact that they made us re-enroll is stupid, when all our information should still be in the app. Nope. Another thing is that they no longer allow you to see how much money is in your bank account, which is something that I at least thought was pretty helpful. I emailed them about this, and they did nothing to help. Basically just got "thanks for the feedback" and then straight up lied to me and said the feature was still there.
The app won't allow password managers to input my information. And then when I have to switch back and forth between this app and my password manager, it clears the information I've already entered.
Horrible app tried logging in says its wrong okay called ttcu and had them reset it and clear the login info and right after still wont let me login did everthing right. Dont expect this app to work whoever designed this app is garbage and if anyone at all maintains it is garbage. Its really anoying that you even offer such a garbage app and let members go through so much b.s. just to delete the app after trying so many times to login and calling.
"Google Verify apps" is in the GOOGLE PLAY STORE, then select Menu in the upper left drop down bars, then select Play Protect, then select Settings, then choose Scan Device for Security Threats, turn it OFF, then turn it ON again. AND Then this TTCU DEBIT app will work fine. Once it works.... It does the job.
TO ALL HAVING ISSUES WITH GOOGLE VERIFY! I figured it out on my S10. Go to the play store menu and click Play Protect. Click settings then click the first option (scan for security threats) and turn it off and then on again. This should fix the problem!
Terrible since the update! I no longer receive notifications about transactions even though they are turned on in the app. This thing sucks!
The password reset system is a sham. I've been trying to get back into my account for weeks and have had no luck. The password I created is not working, and when I try to reset my password I receive no email with a key, and am left staring at a screen that does nothing to try and help. If you want to be able to see how much money you have in your account you'll have better luck going to an atm.
Doesnt give real time transactions and balances...It takes a while to update your balance and by then you have spent again which defeats the purpose of even having the app because you never know you true balance
I don't like this updated app at all. On the old app, I could quickly see the balances on my accounts but this app doesn't show balances.
I can't even get logged in. And it will forget my password and make me rest it all the time and it won't rest my password. In 2018 how can you release an app this bad. You should of had this app a year ago and why would you release such a bad app
I keep getting a message every time I try to open the app, saying to verify the app. This is ridiculous.
Authentication is such a pain in the ass. Password requirements are a pain in the ass. I just want to check my balance quickly and easily. If someone hacks into my account, the joke's on them. I'm broker than the 10 commandments.

System would lose my password and need to be reset every time I logged in.
It has been helpful by way of keeping track of my debit card transactions and I like the feature where you can disable your card
App no longer sends notifications. It's pretty much worthless now
The ability to turn the card off and on is great. Since the ATM machine has gone to chip read I have left my card in the Tahlequah branch ATM twice now...be able to turn the card off is a peace of mind. It also notifies you of charges, somtimes my phone dings as I leave the cashier.
It took me only a small while but once I figured it all out, it is fairly easy to use.
This app is no good after the update. No longer shows balance
my checking balance has been wrong for about a week now and when i spend it wont go down, im going back to using telephone banking

IT MESSED UP AND LOGGED ME OUT AND WILL NNOOTTTT LET ME RESET MY PASSWORD FOR NOTHING NO MATTER WHAT!!! I CANT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT ONLINE BC IT WONT LEETTT MEEE RESET THE PASSWORD THERE EITHER AND NO ONE IS WILLING TO HELP ME. THIS IS THE WORST APP AND BANK EVER😠😠😠
I would give more stars if I didnt have to reset the pin# everytime.

This app is trash it just quit working outta nowhere, so I had to unregister and re-register and it didn't accept any passwords and then accepts one abruptly and won't let me log in w/any that i tried so I tried resetting it w/my email, still haven't received anything. I freaking hate it.
