Very handy. Easy to navigate. Keeps you updated on just about everything. Only criticism is credit card info. Takes too long to show updated money transfer payments which has caused me to overpay multiple times (I like to avoid interest payments so I pay frequently) and cannot see credit card transactions like you can debit. Would really be helpful if this were available.

When I first started using this app I had many issues but during my stay, each one seemed to fade away. The only issue I now have is fairly minute. When you are on an account's transaction list or any form that requires you to scroll, if you scroll maybe 15° to the right from vertical (↗️ instead of ⬆️), it will pull the navigation menu every time. Apart from that, the UI is smooth and responsive!

I should not be scrolling through my monthly expenses and constantly be accidentally selecting one of them, causing the menu to pop up, and throwing me back to the top of the list. This is and unbelievablely annoying issue that I HAVE to mention. i rarely ever make ANY sort of reviews. But this is an interruption that is altering the best way to use the app. I like the categories that were added though. I really appreciate it.

mobile check deposit doesnt work. it need 2 photos, front and back of check. front is first, it takes the photo, then immediately does something that makes the image illegible. everything guess out of focus. take the second photo (back), works fine clear as crystal. no matter how many times you take the front photo, it ends up out of focus terribly. super frustrating.

Reasons for low rating: The only reason for me to have a banking app is to use mobile check deposit. And this is the worst mobile deposit interface I've ever seen. 1. No option to enable flash while taking a picture of check. 2. The image shown in the camera is not the image of the picture that is taken. The actual picture is zoomed way in to where the capture rectangle is pointless. You have to guess and check until the check image appears within the screen.

Mobile deposit on the app just plain doesn't work. When you take a picture it shows it very crisp in the preview but the second you hit that button to take the picture it makes it blurry. Doesn't happen on any other banking app I use and I know it's not my camera that's the issue. Looking at every other review here and you'll mostly see complains about mobile deposits. Transactions are slower to appear than other banking apps I use as well. This would have been a decent banking app in 2012, doesn't hold up to 2019 standards.

It's real easy and accurate. Sometimes I can't make it to the bank. So the mobile app is a great tool. Allows me to perform a variety of options pertaing to my accounts. Thanks TTCU

Its a decent-ish app. But everything is so slow and out of date. Really need to step up your game and get better tech. Make debit transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and payments in real time. Nothing like paying bills and it not showing that money minused from your total.

It doesn't show transactions that you do the same date. So the balance may not showing transactions that are still not showing as pending the day they are done.

The app works fine for checking account balances and transfers but mobile check deposit doesn't work with my phone anymore. Not sure if they changed something but now my phone camera never comes into focus when asked to take pictures of the check. I have tried uninstalling and installing the app several times. Still does not work.

Downloaded it just fine, but it is not accepting the information I am putting in to sign up. It accepts my card number, nothing else. I have tried (4) separate times now, got locked out once. Thought, ' maybe I signed up a long time ago? ' so I had it do a forgot your password email. Never got one, so I assume that's not the issue. Not sure if this app is no good or if I am missing something. Pretty frustrating.

Super slow app. Crashes at least once a week. Unable to do mobile check deposit. Unable to transfer money to linked accounts. I've brought these issues up repeatedly at the bank. It's great if all you want to do is check your balances.

the new update will not allow you to log in and deletes all shortcuts. cant even place a shortcut on your home screen anymore since the update. plus even when you're able to log in, it will just keep you stuck on a loading screen. cant log in to see anything, app just went down the crapper.

I like the ability to check accounts via my phone, but dont like the delay in charges being deducted in the system, sometimes up to 2 days before being taken out. the credit card part it's been a month that I made a payment and still hasnt shown in the app

Snappy, straightforward, and stable, can't ask for much more in a banking app. Transferring funds between accounts and checking transactions and balances is easy. The only thing I've ever had trouble with is the ATM map, but I rarely need it.

Been using this App for several years now. As far as online banking goes this is a solid app. Paid car loans, transfer directly to and from my checking account with another bank, and even use their credit card. Have had to call every now and then, always found them very hyto help!

Update: I now hate the app even more. Haven't been able to log in all morning. Hard to log into. Constantly reads "Network Connectivity Error: Server Cannot Be Reached" takes dozens of attempts to login and when finally successful you are logged back out immediately. Very frustrating

It doesn't show immediately(within a few minutes)when you make a purchase. It takes days to see the transaction. I would like for it to quickly deduct the transaction amount from the available balance so I don't have to keep writing down how much I spent and checking my balance to see if it has gone through or not. I would also like for my direct deposit to be available sooner. I would like it to be available as soon as it's been deposited.

I love TTCU but the app is horrible. So difficult to use. It's not logical at all. I came from Mountain America credit union which has an amazing app. I tried to transfer money from my account to my sons and it asked me for an account number but I was told when I finally called customer service that it was actually the member number. You guys really need to redesign this!

The app was so much more stable and easier to navigate before the last update. Now it keeps kicking me off and the pages are not fitting in my phone screen n I have a large screen. C'mon people, it's 2019...get your act together, please!!!

The app itself is fine, but I have my fair share of issues with the bank itself. I've had to change my card twice due to fraudulent payments, and then they just closed my account with no warning. Will not be keeping my them anymore.
