I have booked special darshan twice, but it failed both times. And they debited amount in my account. When I contacted ttd call center, they simply says that you don't book in app. Its not working please kindly do visit our website. If your application isn't working, then why the hell it goes to payment portal, you should have stopped it na? Waste of money and time, they said that I have to wait for 7 days to get back my money. But they didn't refund my previous failed booking amount. Useles app
Good app and it's very useful. But only thing to update that is send the booked e-ticket to registered mobile number or mail. Or give one extra option of transaction history then it is useful to download e-ticket from that specified option
ttd did not respond after paynow button is pressed today while trying to book Kalyanam ticket for 13-10-2019. Availability was shown as 20 for 13th and 6 for 11th. Message is " we cannot process now try after sometime" . After 3 or 4 retrials the system automatically logged out and I lost the chance. The app is useless for booking Kalyanam tickets. Only chanting and gallery are properly working for viewing. There is no way to download them to the system.
Visibility of payment particulars very poor. Try to expand to submit password or others. But it is not provided. Confirmation particulars not sent to the concerned mail immediately. poor payment gateway.
Many of the newly introduced options like other temples seva of TTD group is not available for usage, e.g. Kodandarama swamy temple & Srinivasa temple tiruchanoor eyc. Lagging and buffering time is more while switching over from drop down menu. I hope these issues will be addressed as soon as possible.
It asked Rs.1400/- for 4 special darshan entrance tickets & 8 laddus through my account. The amount has been deducted from my account but tickets not alloted. It just send message that your transaction has failed. It's maintenance is not good.
the app has to update more and more ,its a old version and slow .remaining activities are good ,and make a options for chanting back ground other songs .
the new update is useless both website and App i cant even access the site or app as I had confirmed tickets for this month.i cant access the site or APP through my IP address which I had done my bookings it showing as the site can't be reached.please resolve the issue ASAP
not user friendly at all. registration mail doesnot come to register and it says re register. tried re registering it says you are already registered. not helpful at all for a destination that sees millions of devotees. please fix bugs ASAP.
Worst experience. It is not at all user friendly. For one seva ticket I had to spend more than one hour with 2 refunds.
I tryed to book special darshan entry, the money was deducted from my bank but the booking is not done and I tried to call customer service but no one is picking up the call...
getting booked after 3 attempts but amount gone for all attempts and got booked for once..complained in helpdesk but no response.amount of 5000 gone..govinda help me.. have anybody got refunded.. is this app under ttd control?? this is review after i got refunded my amount taken during booking.thanks to ttd for the refund. This im posting for people to know that amount taken will be refunded in cancelled booking.
fed up with this app ..for registration wn i entered my mobile number it wil show otp sent for ur mobile number but i didn't receive any otp i tried more than 10 times..if i called to customer care thy said server error i didn't know what's wrong .. waste of time

most of the transaction become failed once amount get debited 5:1 is the success rate . purpose not resolved. try to give better way of pay mode

Hii i booked four special entry darshan tickets and I paid the money and then the ticket failed automatically and then showing three tickets are failed and but one more ticket not showing any thing and they told the money will refunded till now the money not refunded in my account pls solve the problem

App does not have privacy, it is asking for taking pictures and videos, and managing phone calls.
Incorrect information about SEVA timings. Please revisit the seva information page and update the correct timings of each seva. For instance VASABNTHOTSAVAM Seva reporting time is wrong. Please check all of them!
we get all information on daily basis for ex. how many piligrims in Q complex how much time it will take for darshan how many piligrime visited on daily basis all sevas timings charges etc etc but one thing i cant understood why in electronic dip selection give preference to seniority basis, agewise preference because since more than a year myself and my friends from Mysore district were trying and waiting for seva darshan we were srlecting all darshan but till now we havn't selected plz help us
Excellent. But please request you try to add Srinivasa Mangapuram seva details and booking then this app will be the best. Please try to add as soon as possible and help us.

Very poor Application ...TTD would have spend some money from hundie to provide good application... as no body knows what they are doing all the money in the name of Endowment development....
It is good and quick understanding information at all most in one app it is very rich in Traditional information of Going temple.
They are taking twice the amount wast worst app.. and the support team is also so rude. very poor please don't download and waste your money and time
seva electronic dip tickets is not coming for new users. but those who get in the seva electronic dip tickets again and again those account members only getting tickets what is this. i think it's waste of time to register in seva electronic dip
the most worst app. it doesnt open it will take more than 24 hours to register..
useless app... not able to do registration and it keeps on continuing for registration without any results
This app is a very good app but, I have a suggesion. I visited Tirumala after booking through this app. But, I was not alloted accommodation, as I approached them as a single person. So I suggest that an easily understandable caption may be given in the app/the pass. I wrongly presumed that, I will be alloted a room, as the booking of accomodation could be succesfully done through this app.
