Passage Mode needs more granular control. You can only set one time for all of your days. Once you choose a single start and end time the only control is not to include all of the 7 days. Ideally I'd like to be able to turn passage Mode on and off at multiple times in different days.

Was over the moon with the new Passage Mode update to automatically unlock at the set time. WELL NOW PASSAGE MODE DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!! PLEASE FIX IT! NEEDS 3rd Party integration like SMARTTHINGS etc. How is it risky? It is your lock in your home and if you want it to automatically unlock at a certain time then surely that is your choice right. You do not have to enable the option if you do not want to 👍🏻👍🏻

It worked fine for 3 months until last week. None of the app features work. It does not send notifications, doesnt show passcodes set, can't generate passcodes, doesn't show the gateway, admin settings are gone and every time I try a feature, including customer support, I get a "request failed" message.

I love the lock for normal usage but cannot figure out how to connect it to Google home. I go through the sciener app and it is very unclear. But it actually wants me to put for the username and password and no combination I can think of actually works. Some clarity there would be terrific.

I just bought a new lock, Laxre Fingerprint and it happened to use the same app as my a year old, Scyan X10. I am glad that it did cuz it is more convienient not having to add more app and also cuz I love this app. It is very user friendly and it has been working flawlessly

Seems to work most of the time. Not always. Alexa also uses the app and a skill to voice control the locks. BECAUSE the locks constantly cycle to responsive to unresponsive. Makes it so you can't depend on it or set it to auto lock. Might auto lock 1 out of 5 times with Alexa routine. Overall they are a pretty good lock and good app. Just seems to have lots of technology glitches that need ironed out. Most could be made with updates, like UPDATE the Alexa skill.

Lock and app work as expected. Please provide a way to either export the records to a external file or provide a way to delete older records. DON'T need 8 months worth of records cluttering up my phone. . .

Been working well but all of a sudden the app features don't work. Can't lookup out set new passcodes.

App works ok for most functions. My main issue is that on my Android 11 OnePlus 8T, the app produces a persistent notification that cannot be cleared - it doesn't show any details in the notification. The app produces other meaningful notifications that can be cleared, but I always have the blank one. If this can be resolved, then I would greatly improve the rating.

Potentially good! Lacks lock status showing if the lock remains unlocked, and the records time needs to be optional I don't like using military time! And I'm hoping when I get the gateway I will be able to be notified when the lock is unlock or locked that's why I gave 2 star, and this is only the first week using it

Disappointing. Really needed it to open automatically but it has to be opened manually once EVERY day. It seems this is a design choice. The user should decide if this feature is needed or not. I use the lock on an internal door that I need to open at a specific time and can lock it when I need to and I cant do this because the app designers think they are best placed to decide on my security. I paid the money. I should have the choice.

Been working great for 2 months. Only 1 or 2 times the door didn't unlock on the first try.

Can not slide puzzle piece to confirm I'm not a robot. The app is garbage before I can even use it.

I have more than 2 phones that need this app to work for our home. Yet each time I sign in on the 2nd device, the first device would be logged out. What an inconvenience and honestly a big deal breaker.

The lock is pretty good and the app works but it's missing a very important feature in my book. I'm not able to set a pin or fingerprint enable mode to unlock the app and open it like all Bank accounts apps or any other app that cares about who access the phone.

This app logged me out. This has happened before. I tried to input my password. It gave me a boguss message. I have been unable to use the app. I have two locks. I paid too much $ to not have a fix for this reoccurring issue!!

My lock is backward. Unlock is lock lock is unlocked no matter how many times I've switched the button to left and right. As anyone Dealt with this

Cons: - Register using email did not work: verification code never got sent to my email. Had to use phone number - No way to tell lock status (lock/unlock) from the app main page (have to check Records) - App sometimes tells operation failed but it actually succeeded Pros: - Permanent, custom, timed passcode - Passage mode Would be good if lock and unlock can be scheduled i.e locked at 10:00 PM and unlocked 7:00 AM

Works with Google doesn't work right. It asks for a pin even when you try to add it into Google routines and you still have to verbally speak the pin to lock the door then even though it locks Google still says an error occurred. Most annoying and barely usefull

1. When locking from inside, it should reset the passage mode and the unlock timer too. It is so insecure that this 2 is not reset immediately! Kindly fix this immediately ! 2. When the auto-lock is disable, we totally cannot lock it manually from inside or outside. What kind of flaw is this ?

Stopped letting my log in for a bit...... Wouldn't let me create a new account either, because it already exists.... But then it says it doesn't exist, then it lets me reset my password.... But then it says I don't exist again.... My God I hated that issue.... No way to contact the company, my lock was useless, cheap garbage. I figured out later that the app used my phone number for my username, but none of the password help options helped me figure that out...... Such a pain

App no longer works, 2 factor authentication doesn't work, I never get an email, support unresponsive, can't sign in so the lock features and settings are unavailable.

Good app overall, however missing a few important features, like passage mode should be more functional. E.g. I need more than just a 1 time for passage mode, i would appriciate if I could set different periods for every day. As well there should be similar update for reccuring codes, where I could but e.g. code is valid for monday and sunday and thursday form that time to that, not possible now. As well would be nice if generated reccuring code could be activated outside dates, so it is valid.

Terrible user manual for smart keybox. It won't pair now have locked my self out of the box

App totally bad. Kept having operation failed after multi time of resetting. Now unable to operate using gateway or Bluetooth. Even unable to delete lock or create a new lock set.

For some odd reason, after charging the lock, I have lost the ability to open the lock through the finger print reader. This lick has been working fine for the past 8 months. Why after simply charging the batterie(s) is it not reading the finger prints that have been working in the past. I'm running the update now, so I'm hoping that that will solve this program and make me have to reset everything.

The app works as advertised and features a very shallow learning curve. On the other hand, it will not work without an account, which in turn requires an email address. This is bad practice; it should be possible to use the app in local mode (so without registration) for those people who do not intend to connect their locks to the internet. Worse, the sender of the confirmation emails is listed in the Spamcop blacklist, which makes the system an almost sure spammer (the Spamcop blacklist being rather conservative). I believe that one should avoid locks that use this system.

It is an awsome app, the only issue is that I use a tablet to control my house and it was designed to use it with a cell phone (portrait) not landscape. I contacted the developer, but still no answer. I still have need to configure to open the door remotely... If this use wifi instead Bluetooth to do it, it would be perfect since it requires 2 m distance and I'm not that close to open it from inside.

Nice app, the best I have seen so far in the locks category. However, it lacks an instructions manual for users who are not so clever with this kind of new products. The user needs to understand how each function works. Also, it lacks a choice of language in parameters. It installs automatically in language of the phone but this is not necessarily the choice of the user. Thirdly, I have a dual SIM phone. The app installs only ONE instance. Ideally, I want one instance of the app for my private number and another instance for my work number. This way, I would keep both sets of locks separate. At the moment, it is not possible, all my locks are together under one phone number. Not good. I hope the developer responds to my requests. But as it is now, it is already the best app for locks.
