It stucked on splash screen. Edit: The developers have corrected the issue swiftly and I was able to go past the splash screen and access the app and its services. So far everything seems functional. Excellent work.
Nice and clean layout but it seems to be stuck in a continuous loop trying to update the notices on the home page. Also it be good to include an option to report traffic violations.
It's okay and does what is expected. Glad to see results from the TTPS. I wish that links to read articles etc led to a website instead of Facebook (It's 2021, does anyone feel safe on Facebook?). Not everyone uses social media. (Just discovered the SOS button, hope it works if I need it one day)
The app works well, however, whoever is liaising with the public with the online reporting definitely needs training. To have a great digital experience and then be brought back to reality with poor service. 3 stars for that
The app is amazing I get to see the progress of the TTPS...I have a suggestion, is there a way that the police service can create an app where you can see the driver of the car by scanning the licence plate so it indicates whether the person has a criminal record or not for the safety of our girls and women?
I Can't scroll down freely, because it keeps refreshing and loads back to the top. So now I have to start scrolling down all over again to get back to the story I want to read about. Once this is fixed then this app will be worthy of 5 stars
I installed this app as soon as it became available, and hoped that eventually the information provided would become useful and relevant. Uninstalled it today, after two days of false weather alerts.
Simple and user friendly. One improvement is to add some code to properly handle onBackPressed events.
Recently used this app to report a personal vehicle thief . The time to respond was very quick....mins. and the responding officer was very professional. The vehicle was recovered within 2 hours of making the report. 5 stars
Can you make the SOS a shortcut to the home screen for quicker access?? Or even have a voice activated service settings with a code word in the event that you in a situation where you can't reach your phone...
It keeps say press to update,then the notification disappears. Cant get in to anything. It just stays froze. So am going to delete it.
This app is such a great idea for this new age we live in. Everyone use their phones all the time! What better way to use it by helping make this country a better place? Good job!
Timely updstes, on what the police force is doing and what they have accomplished. Very informative, totally recommend it.
Prompt response from the developer regarding an issue in the app. But the status update is still constantly loading. Please send a patch in the update.
I cannot read the term of use. Its basically computer script that's unreadable. Before using the app I'd like to know what I'm agreeing to.
Trying to apply for police certificate of character and there is no option for this. Went to the police station prior to apply but they asked to do it from this app only to find that there is no option on the app for this.
Trying to make a report and the app keeps closing that segment. 🙄🙄 what's the point of having an anonymous feature if it won't work?

Not getting to install the app weeks now I've been trying.Update it finally downloaded and seems to be working well
Had this app when it did now come out but I was having a problem with deleting my message when I Tex infor to u all so I deleted it app I now trying it back to see I f u all fix that problem ok
This app has issues ....it is not opening after download....waited five minutes....how can rate something that is not working....
The app does not load the latest article upon opening. The screen is stuck on a loop trying to load. There is no exit button that I can see to close the app. The back button doesn't function as it should. It just keeps you on the same screen.
