Horrible. It doesn't even all the tgs to all your videos like it said it does. I did over 20 videos and added tags to them. Only 1 video had tags on it when I opened it on my laptop. Wasted time. That would have been fine if I could add tags to all my videos at once, but the app doesn't allow you to that that. You have to do each individual video.

Subscribed for 3 months , no problem. Now while I have an active subscription, the app keep asking me to subscribe, can't restore my purchase, when I tested to make a new purchase, it ls written I already have a subscription. I emailed the problem, the reply is can't resolve the problem because my payment is thru google play. So what's the point of paying if I can't use the app

I would much rather wait until I have access to the computer and use the excellent browser extension. This app feels like an early beta, particularly when it comes to the comments tab. Not all comment replies appear, and sometimes they'll disappear after a refresh. The onboarding mini tutorial seems to be a collection of images, which don't even fit the screen, so the text is cut off on every one of them. Google Pixel 2 XL. I will try it again in future. For now I'll just use YouTube Studio app.

Great tool, nice to see live info on vids. Biggest problem is the comments area. If you want to reply to a comment, the app forces you into a 'canned response' window. Very frustrating to use. To avoid, you have to scroll the left side of screen away from text. Would be nice if there was a 'reply with canned response' option in the menu beside each comment rather than just going there when touching the screen.

I like this app, however, the last update has proven itself to be incredibly buggy, and therefore doesn't display the videos or their stats(ie.number of views) properly. This is not only frustrating, but problematic for content creators, as they rely on seeing how well their videos are performing. Please squash the bugs and fix the UI, ASAP.

I use this app for my youtube channel (Simgamer262) and overall it is an amazing app that saves so much time and energy, however, since the last update I have noticed a major bug. when you open up the app and click on a video to add tags it works fine but sometimes wont show previous tags already on it, however that's not the main problem, the problem occurs when you back out of that video and go to another, when you click on that other video it puts you right back onto the first video

This app was working fairly good in the beggining, but when I opened it again after like a week or so, the loading times very absurdly long and when it finally loaded once I swiped down it crashed, it has been happening more recently after the last few updates, I suggest you to improve the loading times, other than that, the app is a perfect app for creators, it is very helpful, I suggest this app if you have enough patience for the loading screens :) Thank you! EDITED TO ADD: clearing cache did not fix anything. Doesn't work like a paid app should. Super buggy. The milestones are still broken and have been since I downloaded the app, although the last update was supposedly supposed to fix it. It didn't. It still shows -1 and either year 0001 or 2019. Crashes Constantly. Shows zero subscribers for all commenters including my own comments. It can't really be used for anything other than tag suggestions.

it's a cool app. The achievement badges and live subscriber count are cool concepts, I wish YouTube Studio offered the same. That being said, I still slightly prefer YT studio over this app. Reasons why is because the app launch load time is on the slow side, sometimes it crashes. The graphics are rather pixelated, and the stats aren't really accurate. For example this app shows my total views as hundreds below of my actual total view count. Just some things to improve on. Nice app

VERY glitchy. View counts and likes are not consistent from one log in to the next, it will show a certain number in one instance, then if I log back out and log back in again, it will be a completely different number, and then I log out and log back in again, it will go to the first original number that it showed. This happens all the time, and it's incredibly annoying. The app is not stable nor is it accurate half the time to what is showing on YouTube Studio. Oh, and it crashes a LOT.

Still very glitchy on Android. I have hopes it's going to get better right now though since I never really write negative reviews. I'm forced to edit on my phone since I'm traveling and don't have access to a computer so I just wish there was an easier way to do tags. I copy them from other videos and it always pastes as one entire tag and I don't know how to change that. I also made a separate tag list but as of yet I haven't figured out a way to import the tag list into a video.🤷‍♀️

It is a nice app though my feedback implores the developers to fix one major issue. This is the importation of tags for as soon as one attempts to edit tags on a video the load screen persists. Other than that it would be a 4/5 due to the initial opening GUI for varied devices, latency issues and the inability to interact with the report and immediately fix the reported issues such as sharing on twitter.

I didn't use the app for some months, but when I did need it again, it would not let me sign. After several attempts, I discovered that it did sign me in, but then just stopped functioning. I had been using the free version because my need was not so great for the paid version. However, it really did nothing to ease my workload for managing content on my channel. I still had to do many things manually.

App won't connect to my channel! It gives me the option to choose my channel and after I give approval it goes to a Google news page and stops. I tried hitting the Google Apps dots on the upper right of the page next to my photo and they won't work when I use this. I can't even get to see my videos to even TRY to use it!

That was quite possibly the most useless thing I've ever installed on my Android device. Just a Screenshot of the with no place to click, and backing out just gets me back to my desktop. I suppose I should be grateful didn't lock up my tablet? The only reason I bothered with this app? TubeBuddy website is completely unfriendly to tablets/mobile devices, requiring a plug-in that only installs on desktop computers. Going back to VidIQ. Uninstalled.

Tube Buddy is handy for growing your YouTube channel. I love that I can go to the channel of the people who comment on my videos. The only problem I have is that it doesn't always show that I have replied to a comment on my videos and I will often reply 2 or 3 times to the same person because of it. Only seems to have this glitch on the mobile app.

Doesn't work on my phone. Keeps takimg me in circles through sign in process... email, password, 2-step verification that only gives me one step and takes me around in circles. The homepage of app just has a constant spinning circle. Disappointed and annoyed.

App was great when it worked. Now I cant refresh anything without just getting a message that says my device has a bad network connection. Uninstalled and reinstalled, now it won't even let me log in. I just get the same network error. My connection is fine with all other apps... So glad I didn't pay for a subscription at this point.

Hi TubeBuddy Team, this feedback of mine received a poor rating as I invested to TubeBuddy's premium upgrade, though no feature changes were made, it's as if there wasn't a purchase (although in reality I did). When I opened my subscriptions tab on Google Play Store the subscription with TubeBuddy would be present. In conclusion, this needs to seen and fixed. A response would also be greatly appreciated.

I purchased 190 rupees monthly subscription before that the gave me 7 days free trial after using trial version I realised this app have nothing in subscription, so I decided to cancel the subscription before their free trial ends. I cancel their subscription and they told me you wont charge any rupees, but after their seven days trial and they charged me 190 rupees when I don't want their subscription I already cancelled their subscription They set my card on auto pay Don't purchase

Maybe it's a result of poor timing, but a week after I signed up for the paid monthly subscription to Tubebuddy, they decided to upgrade servers on a busy Saturday afternoon. What was supposed to take hours, took days. I understand maintenance needs to happen, but YouTube doesn't wait for maintenance problems. I have canceled my membership, and Uninstalled the now useless app. Sorry, but I cannot recommend to anyone else.

Only useful for tags, most other features never worked properly. But now it has dumped the contents of all your tag lists so you've lost everything you invested time into building. Even trying to add new tags to lists is broken (but will tell you to has been successfully done). Support is a ticket system black hole. Waste of time and money.

It's an amazing app and a very useful tool for content creators..... However i wish i could be able to niche down to the type of news feeds i get in the news section... Coz as a content creator...i create content of a specific niche...but the news just comes anyhow... Otherwise I'm looking forward to an update on that issue... However...i really like the app.... Good job

GARBAGE. Useless app. We All ( 11 people )..it shows is what I already know from my channel in larger writing.!!! This feature KEYWORDS do NOT work. Search for KEYWORDS feature just blank whatever. No results.. jeers! Reason I got it was keyword help. I am on Galaxy 9 note. Not working. Can not write more topics notes more 5. Keeps showing up blank pages saying no internet when there connection. Freezes glitch crashes. Useless news on pewdiepie what for. .we all uninstalled got a sub to another company doing tags search. Waste of the evening Useless

Along with many others, I'm met with a spinning icon when trying to log into this app. I've tried contact through their Twitter page amongst other things to no avail. It's clear at this point that they either don't care about this app or they hold their paying mobile customers in absolute contempt. Having this app not working for weeks on end is an absolute disgrace.

THIS APP IS A SCAM! they claim if you pay for a monthly subscription they can give you information on how to get your channel and videos to get more views. But after i mistaking signed up for a monthly subscription service not only did it NOT unlock anything on the app. But there is no way on the app to unsubscribe from the so called "service". I tried to contact them about the issue and still have no response. But they still GLADLY take your money every month even after you delete the app.

It's crashing again and again. I have installed it 3 times already. Switched off my phone again turn it on but it isn't working at all . Everytime it says that signature using insecure hash function and some kind of error. I have sent an email to.

I wish I could actually use it but it goes black screen every time I sign in. It's updated, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still doesn't work. The web page works well, but I'd love to be able to use the mobile app. Btw I have a pro account which should allow me to use the mobile app, but nope. Disappointed. If this gets fixed I am willing to change my review.

I like tubebuddy alot but the app needs to be updated. It crashes alot, doesn't load, lots of errors, shows previous used tags for different suggested tags for different video, etc.... Needs work and new interface that works better! I would love to be able to have the browser desktop experience while using my phone.
