A little bit of a learning curve but then smooth sailing with this app. I appreciate the accesibility.
Sub par app. The interface is less than basic. I utilize several other banking apps and this one is the worst of the 5 I have downloaded. Its basic as in Neanderthal standard. I usually like to say keep it simple. But doing that on this application they've miss that too. If they hired a decent tech guy to make the interface easier would be a step in the right direction. Heck anyone can boil water, but wow they couldn't do that right. Also the network is always down every night. Smh

Just as good as the products they offer! This is updated within 2 minutes of my purchases (depending on the store). It's a relief to have account balances updated that fast. Plus, making transfers to savings are so easy. If you have direct deposit and this app, you'll never have to go in to the branch... which is a shame because they have the greatest staff!
I want to be able to pay my credit card through the app but I see no way to set up. All my other credit cards are simple pay through app, this one I have to call. I don't like that. It used to at least show my credit card balance and now that has completely disappeared.
Aside from frequently being unavailable (for maintenance) - never more than over night - the app works well. Actually, it is my favorite of any bank I've used so far. I do wish it were a bit easier to deposit checks with the app, but overall I have no real complaint.
Its good and its overly secure and it can be annoying but for security sakes in regards to your account you learn to adapt. But it is definitely a bank with a mobile platfprm you can count on.
Love it! Update! I do like the app when it works! There are a lot of time that it does not work and i can't see my balance or transfer money. I've gotten many overdraft fees because of this..
While moving the Tucoemas app on my app page, it disappeared at the top. Couldn't retrieve it, went to app setup page.....and it's still active but not shown. What gives?
After update a verification code is needed to log in now, which would be fine if it would actually send me a verification code. Now I can't log in because it never sends me a verification code! This is ridiculous! If a code is now required to log in then SEND ME THE CODE!
Very nice app to use with out leaving your home.
It doesn't open after you install it!
(So far so good.) Was going good now it completely sucks! Can't even load into the app, It just takes me to my homescreen in the matter of a few seconds..😤
Always down. Often doesn't work right when working at all. And now with the latest update... won't open or load at all...
Occasional issues where I cant log in, trounle recieving text codes when i need them logging in to another device. Theres no rhyme or reason for when its down but so far no big issues.
App is snappy. Fingerprint login is awesome. Having to verify via email every other week is a bit inconvenient, but I suppose the more secure the better.
creates more problems then it solves. Asks a security question that i have never filled out before, when clicking forgot password on website the phone # they send the code to is not the phone # i used to sign up. what is the point of the security questions if your not even going to use them?
The app has completely stopped working for me don't know what the problem is but will say all other apps run fine only this one is disappearing after i click it.
After last update it won't open at all. Says to change usb debugging. Didn't work. Contacted Tucoemas and they have no fix.
Absolutely pathetic excuse for an app. Never let's you log in and constant error codes. Same with the website. "An error has occured, please contact a representative for assistance!" JUST LET ME LOG IN!!!!
The app says my phone is rooted, it's not. It's a moto g7, it only happened after the latest update... disappointed. Edit: App support email doesn't work either...
App isn't working at all after the new update I have been unable to check my balance due to it not working at all I have even uninstalled and reinstalled it but still it does not work.
This update said i have a automated click program running with this app and for security reason it cant be used. I have nothing like that on my phne. Please fix the problem
Crashes immediately. Doesn't work at all. Using on Android. Samsung galaxy 21 ultra.
Not only is this the best bank I've had.. with zelle it makes things easy to transfer people money for certain things. Way easier and faster!
Easy. Just added the app. Makes paying my car, so much easier, no waiting in lines.
Horrible, constantly has bugs that cause me to have to reset my password and then still won't let me in for hours at a time
Im not very tech savy and electronic banking wigs me out, but this app has been very helpful and its easy to use.
Easy to use and understand. Now I can keep an eye on my credit score and balance all my accounts in one place!
Poor design and limited. Can't do as much with the app as you can online. Update: After a couple of years, it's still horrible. Most of the time the icon won't even open the app.
