App crashes before I can even login, then if I get to the login it doesn't recognize my passcode, then freezes again! Just became a customer too, and need to know my account data, this is beyond frustrating!
This app will not save login information. You have to manually enter user ID and password every blessed time.
I was unable to use the app. When I attempted to register, I entered my information exactly as it appears on my TEP bill but I received an error message saying that my information didn't match their records. Uninstalled.
$11 tax on a $25 nest from your tep marketplace website is a little ridiculous not sure how you guys are doing your math. Also having a service account number and an account number is confusing it would make sense if a person has multiple addresses but if you just have one address you should have one account number. Your app does not list account service account number and you can only get it from a PDF of your bill which must be downloaded from a computer. So why use the app?
This app refused to except my basic info to log on. I know my name and address and last 4 of Ssn but the app says my info is incorrect? Are you kidding me? It is impossible to do anything when it refuses to acknowledge correct information! I tried 4 times and got nowhere! If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Keep getting charges not go through. Very irritating app. It's better over the phone or even online. Might as well since it only works half the time for anything else.
Downloaded but all I get is a white screen even upon uninstall and reinstall. Doesn't seem to be a fix even with latest upgrade. Disappointing.
It's been three hours without power on a hot, muggy night Some kind of update would have been very encouraging Instead it's too hot for sleep, too dark to even safely walk around and an UPDATE ON THIS APP would have been so helpful in terms of an approximation of how much longer.
Info detail is extremely specific, make sure you fill fields with exact information. Otherwise, easy to use and navigate.
I like the the app. However, you can't pay through the app with a debit card only your bank account info. 1 star until that changes.
Tucson is the idiot Capitol of the US. This app doesn't work, TEP's website doesn't work and clearly the individuals that answer the phones don't work. If you are new to Tucson, welcome and good luck.
Its actually a good app, its just that paying your bill through this takes close to a week to process, its easier to just go to walmart and pay at their money services counter

asked for a update but quit working; wouldn't update. Even tried reinstalling it but nothing worked. Just kept repeating same update message.
I use this app alot to keep up on my usage, however it hasn't updated my usage in over 2 weeks. Everything else seems updated.
Your website is trash... I would have given 5 stars to app if i didnt strugle w your website for 20 mins before giving up. At least the app was smooth...
Downloaded app and tried signing up as new user and even though everything is correct it tells me it's not and blocked me now. Ridiculous and will not try again!

Since the update, I can't log in at all. I press the button to put in my user name and password, but nothing comes up. I am forced to do it online. What is the point of the app then?
It wont let me log in. I went to the TEP website to verify my details and I could log in there but not on the app. Worthless.
Went to register my account. All info is correct yet it says its not and will not let me register or pay my bill. What a waste
it wouldnt work. it kept saying need update but wouldnt allow an update. it worked really well on my other phone :/
I tried several times to log in and it keeps saying error. Not good..
I like that I can pay my bill as a guest and it's super easy to navigate.
Mainly use the app to see energy usage. Lately though the energy data will take a week to update. Not a huge deal but sometimes its nice to see this every few days so you can remember what happened on a certain day that impacted usage. Guess someone forgets to push the transmit button everyday..haha. Update(9/23): Totally useless lately for energy usage data. Oh well maybe in the 22nd century will get this working.
