Great feature! TFCU just keeps getting better and better, they are setting a standard that will be difficult for others to attain! And they hire ACE associates, knowledgeable, friendly, efficient!! If there were a 6 star rating, I would give them that!⭐
Mobile deposits are impossible to do! I had to retake the photos and write "for mobile deposit only" to cover half the back of the check for it to be accepted! Obviously my own handwriting signature isn't discernable from my printing of this statement! You need a better check reader!
When making the external transfer from my old credit union to the new account with tucson federal credit union, this app worked well to get the accounts for each bank aligned for the transfer. App was simple but also gave good options to able to do many things on the smart phone.
VERY FRUSTRATED...I use this app EVERYDAY... It has always worked for me until I tried to apply for a credit card.... I have went through the process numerous times.... It won't let me proceed.. It keeps telling me that I am missing information... I went through EVERY point to put information in multiple times and it still won't let me proceed..... I even closed the app and started completely over multiple times too. VERY FRUSTRATING... It's not like it's easy to go to a branch at these times...
The picture window seems small. The free doesn't open up all the way to the outlines. Other than that it's great to be able to deposit a check without having to drive to the bank.
They are most accommodating institution in town. Been with TFCUfor more than 37 years. The service and accommodations provided during 2019 - 2021, regarding Covid-19 has delivered the same high quality TFCU is known for. Thanks TFCU!
Wish the picture volume could be adjusted. Mine is super loud. It takes way too long to verify check compared to other banks app.
It's difficult to make a check deposit as it constantly rejects the picture even when it is clear and readable. I have to retake at least 5 times.
Instructions are not clear enough regarding mobile deposit endorsements on back. Didn't understand if I MUST put my signature or not, in addition to "for mobile deposit only". Plus my account number. New at this and was confused as to what EXACTLY was needed on the back.
Mobile deposits take too long to be verified. I don't need to "look at the picture of the check". Just too many prompts. Better than nothing though.
It doesn't pick up the check very well. Have to do it several times. Seems to not like big checks.
Online banking is great, but deposits are limited to <=$250, and pictures of checks are automatic, making it difficult to get a good image.
Used to work fine 3 years ago. April-May 2022 NOT! "CHANGE" button for password change consistently doesn't work.
For the first time in 20 years, l feel like l know how to manage my accounts. I was hesatent to let go of the old paper accounts, this is an app made for people like me. Now i have the confidence to make money transfers and every thing I would have gone into the bamk for , Is now at my fingertips. Thanks to TFCU, and the amazing app. I give the 22nd street branch, staff a 5.
So far so good!!! Recently relocated to Tucson and seen the ad on TV for TFCU and the customer experience I had when I walked into the bank with Luis was amazing. I was VERY pleased. Keep up the good work TFCU!!!
I love the convenience of the app. UI is intuitive and easy to use. I miss the fingerprint sign in.
Deposits with the app are easier than going into the bank. I love being able to bank from home, or at work, or at sporting events, etc...
My note 10 takes great pictures, somehow the the software and my device are miss aligned, thank you chance to correct the error in the deposit process!
I avoided online banking for a long time; circumstances changed, making it hard to get there in person. Then CoVid hit. So glad I signed up, easier than I imagined!!!
Getting the app makes things easier. Could work on the electronic check deposit to make it easier to capture photo.
one of the best banking apps I have ever had. It works very well and very fast. it's very secure, accurate, and it doesn't screw u over. good app.
Limited option with loan payment. Doesn't have the option to differentiate between paying principal balance and paying interest. Couldn't add additional money to principal instead of interest within the same month.
Okay app but check deposit is a constant issue of having trouble with the app seeing pictures of the check and accepting deposits. Otherwise, app is fine.
Love the app for the most part....but...the mobile check deposit needs alot of work. 2 out 3 times we end up having to physically deposit at a branch after approx 10 try's on different devices 🥴🥴🥴😡😡😡
One star is for the new update. I cant find bill pay anywhere. I clicked more to see if it moved to that menu, it didnt. But then I couldnt find a way to get back to the account page that appears when you log in. Bill pay used to be on the bottom of the main account page but now it is a few options I rarely use if at all like pay money, money management, make an appt. Basically 3 options that are typically under the more tab. I want to uninstall the update but not an option . I'll try website
