All it does is buffer. Can't get the news and it keeps giving me 2 alerts every single time. Very annoying. Never did this before.
This new version of the app is very slow, crashes often & takes forever to load. Once it's finally running, it takes forever to get to the top stories, sports or whatever. Slow and cumbersome!
New version has too many ads, although they are humorous, "text SOL to enter". So I didn't try. New features like scrolling to the left or right is too touchy and most times loads another ad. Uninstalled and looking for another local news app.
Hate the new font. It's too bright. While reading it jumps to the next article when scrolling down. I hate that ads pop up in the middle of reading a story. It used to be my favorite local news app and now I am thinking of checking it last. Sorry KOLD.
Scrolling down is really frustrating. You need to be perfectly up and down, otherwise you will swipe to the left or right to the next story. Very frustrating...it's too sensitive
Newest update is even worse than the last. Takes over screen randomly auto playing loud advertisements that highjack the back button forcing you to watch them. This is a very bad antipattern, and obnoxious enough to make me delete the app.
I loved the app till the last week or so, but it started closing within 8 seconds every time I tried to use it. I uninstalled it and switched to the KGUN app. FIX YOUR APP@!!
News alerts are working, reading the news alerts is a waste of time trying to wade thru all of the advertisements.
it's so slow to load and sometimes it doesn't even load. I like the old version. I'm getting my news source from somewhere else, at least their app and stories load
I had to delete it, they changed it around too much, too hard to scan stories. I use KGUN app now
Too many ads. Bogs down phone so much it freezes. No national news. Layout repeats stories. Will uninstall for other news app.
The newest version of this app is too cluttered and messy. The stories and the ads all look alike and I really don't want to watch videos, which seem to make up a larger portion of the content. If I did, I'd just watch it on TV. Do you think your viewers are illiterate?
Takes forever to upload and when it does open it crashes on me. If it continues I will delete. I wish I never updated
Doesn't seem to work on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet. Homepage isn't much of a navigating page, just something you scroll through. Website is much better.
This has become a spam advertising app. And not even for local businesses (Missouri cleaning business?) I guess local news is no longer relevant.
Ads cover almost everything and auto play interrupts the rest. Worthless for news.

Appalling grammar mistakes are frequent and avoidable. Makes me wonder if any of the reporters passed middle school English! I quit.
This new update is not showing me the radar for the rain anymore here in tucson Arizona its showing things for "the Heartland" weather and so on .. cant find any way of getting my local weather info
Horribly refreashed. Why fix what isn't broken?! Ads for every headline gets old fast.
The new app stinks to high heaven all you get is trash sites like outbrain, no national or anything that is new to the area.
Last update a disaster. Many times sends you to TNN Facebook page. Why have an app then. Uninstalled.

Too many commercials when starting the app on the Firestick - 10 commercials. I gave up and used KGUN 9.
Was a 5 rating but you stopped giving daily covid numbers local and state.Half the time your apt won't open. I have to restart my phone to open it. I have a Samsung s21 and there's nothing wrong with it.
