I really recommend this game to tudor history enthusiast!! Even though it's really short and I finished this in less than a day, the story and narrative are really fun, I really enjoy playing this but I do think that the creator should update this game and make it longer

Just finiahed my first playthrough and I love it! I even paid for the premium version. One minor suggestion, adding the option undo a decision you have made would be very helpful, as well as the ability to go back in the story and see what choices you have made. If you added these then the game would be perfect!

I actually paid for this book. This is a period piece that is a bit dry. You can directly affect history, and marry the king, make England Protestant or Catholic, so your choices do matter. The biggest issue is their is no character development which means its very difficult to relate to the characters. This game had very little dialogue either, think less imagery and more history book and less story. A History buff that enjoys period pieces may like this but for me it was a bit of a bore.

Fun jump into 16th century life! Many different outcomes, I love it! Loosely follows history at just the right amount. You choose your character, stats, fate.. I won the king over Anne Boleyn and became queen! Overall, entertaining and well put together. Gladly paid $3 in hope the devs keep updating. I would like more pics sprinkled thru out and music befitting the time for effect. More review later.. Going back to explore it more now.

I'm a bit of a Tudor history geek so I had a lot of fun with this. A bit surprised at first because I finished quickly, but then I found the achievements part and have spent the weekend replaying the game to try to get those unlocked. Not everyday where you can commit piracy, regicide (why not!) and conquer Spain! Do wish the app would remember my preferences on the stats page though

The story is incredibly short and there aren't many choices or outcomes. It was an enjoyable read, but I got everything out of it in a single day. The characters aren't very well fleshed out and are the product of a personality trait or two. I've also noticed it is much easier to get positive results by making morally bankrupt choices. This makes sense in the context of short-term gains, but there never seems to be any consequences. On the other hand, benevolence just loses royal favor.

it was well written and such, I enjoyed the author's take on the story. however, i'm not entirely sure if i'm happy spending that $3.. i thought the story would continue to expand based on my choices, but it just ended so abruptly and without further information afterwards. was going great until it had such a terrible ending..

I really enjoy period pieces whether its movies, tv shows or books. I was really intrigued by this CYOA and it did not disappoint, a little short but it was nice attending court with some historical figures and making allies. This wont appeal to everyone as it is a bit of a history lesson as well but I would recommend this to those who are into period pieces.

As a tudor history nerd I love this game! I only wish that there was a help guide for the achievements. For example, the united kingdom it will be hard for England to subdue its celtic rivals - i thought that meant subjugating Ireland and capturing Edinburg in the same playthrough (i had done them both in seperate playthroughs so knew it was possible) but didnt get the achievement when i did so, therefore there must be some other requirement for the achievement im not thinking of.

Terrible.. I could go on and on. But ill stick to the top 3 things that are wrong with this game. #1. Ignorant devlopers. I love games like this, but only when theyre true to life, instead of just guessed at bs. #2. Its so unreal and over half the questions they want answered, are asking you if you want to meet with the duke. Regardless of how many times you said no. #3. I went thru the entire thing in 30 mins. It was incorrecr historically and dreadfully boring. Dont waste you're time

awesome. one and only complaint is there isnt a formal ending it goes from one decision to rating the game. there needs to be an overview of your decisions, the fate of characters still alive a true ending where you feel satisfied. you'll get 5 stars from me then and only then.

While most of the events are accurate, King Henry though, wasn't always a tyrant and all that. He treated everyone as a friend before he hit his head at the joust. And at the same time as the joust started, after the few months there, he only just started to become fatter and tyrannical. But other than that, I enjoyed this quite much, nonetheless. Bravo.

The few typo errors were no distraction to the exciting historical play. Packed with facts, this realistic choice game was worth the effort and cost.

I'm all for Tudor stories, but this couldn't have been written in a more bland way. It's, literally, written as "You do this" "Then do this". There's no actual story, just a series of tasks that you need to compete. I was bored to tears.

Could you all make more scenarios, possibly one where a player can become a child of Henery VIII and rule as king or queen. Overall great game, wish it was longer.

Love the game. I've gone through it over 20 times. I wish the would make a game just like this set during the first scottish war of independence. I think it would be amazing.

I love this game I've played it more than five times and I still love it!! The only downside is that you have to pay 4 bucks for the premium... but over that its a great game 😁👍

It's more of a semi-historical recollection, then a "classical" CoG or HG game. But, it is well written, so still giving it 3 stars.

Boring...... if I wanted to know English history and politics then I would go to the library....at least i would have learned something....this game has choices that don't make sense..... doesn't feel like I am playing a hosted game.....it was so boring that I decided to not continue to play the game.

I enjoy the story even though I feel like the game can be boring. I think this game can be extended a bit but overall it is cool.

I thought this game would give me the ability to change history. But no. If you marry the king he divorces you because of course you just have a daughter. If you don't marry him he marries all the same women. It's not fun its must history

Great game overall , just wish you could spend more time at court and influence more.

Follows Tudor History with minor deviations that can turn to Major deviations later in game eg Started American Colonization 50 yrs in advance (1520s) for England.

Jus. R. Oct 21, 2019

Please make a fictional sequel! This game is very historically but yet amazingly accurate and good!

A little to short didn't get a chance to marry because of other stuff but other than that really good definitely worth the money also what happened after did my niece stay queen did England because a great power

Zar. B. Feb 15, 2019

A good one. Historically accurate and gives fair amount of freedom of choice. Money well spent.

Jay. W. Dec 21, 2020

Well.. Its a good game but if it had graphics actually see your actions being carried out surroundings etc that would make this game epic
